The Space:

With 2,657 square feet of posh living space, a private dock, and a shimmering pool, this three-bedroom, three-bath canal home is a prime choice for your Tampa getaway. The ultra-private main suite is tucked away on the second floor, and a gourmet kitchen makes it easy to whip up vacation meals. Fire up the built-in gas grill and host a water-side cookout before heading out for an evening on the Tampa Riverwalk.



Depending on the season, it might be possible to spot a dolphin or manatee right from your private dock!



LIVING AREAS



The light-filled living room has a love seat and two comfy armchairs. Between the upright piano and a 47-inch flatscreen TV, there are plenty of entertainment options in this open-concept space.



Find another cozy living space on the second floor. A full-size futon and a handsome desk offer more room to relax or journal.



KITCHEN & DINING



Rich wood cabinetry complements stainless steel appliances in the chef's kitchen. Ample counter space makes this the perfect place to whip up scrumptious recipes. A wine fridge is available as an added perk.



Eight can share home-cooked meals at the large granite kitchen island (additional seats are in the pantry).



There’s also a large gas grill and space for alfresco meals on the canal-side patio.



BEDROOMS & BATHS



The home sleeps up to eight guests between the four bedrooms.



The second-floor main bedroom is detailed with a plush queen-size bed and a flatscreen TV. A soaking tub, double vanity, and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower can be found in the gorgeous en-suite main bathroom.



On the main floor, the second guest room has two twin-size beds, while a third bedroom has a queen-size bed, flatscreen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A guest bathroom on this floor features a tub/shower combination.



An additional bedroom is on the first floor of the home at the end of the hallway directly across from the first-floor main bedroom, next to the twin bedroom. This room has one queen bed, ceiling fan, a nice closet, and a TV.



OUTDOOR AREAS



Enjoy the sunshine or the shade on the expansive back patio. Plenty of seating invites you to share snacks and drinks poolside, and a dining table for six sets the scene for special alfresco meals.



Take a refreshing dip in your private, unheated pool. The private dock is steps away - tie up a boat (up to 30 feet), or drop in a line for a fresh catch. Tampa Bay is accessible via the canal.

A fun time away

The house was perfect for what we wanted. We enjoyed relaxing at the house filling in the pool and enjoying the view of the canal. The location was near stores and highways. Easy access to everything we needed. Would stay here again.

This roomy, comfortable, clean, water front home was perfect for our family of 6 adults & 1 child. Loved the spacious kitchen/ family room open concept & especially the back patio & deck with pool with plenty of seating in both areas.

Great except pool

The house was beautiful. Loved the back area. Our only complaint was that the pool seemed hazy at first with lots of dirt on sides and steps. Pool cleaners came. Pool still dirty and by out last day pool had a greenish tinge. Kids didn’t want to swim in the water. this is not the owners fault. I would place the blame on the pool Company. Thank you.

Great stay with a few minor bumps

We had difficulty accessing the property at first as the door code was not working. However, we were able to contact the TurnKey manager who helped us get in the house quickly. Additionally, the downstairs bathroom sink was not draining as the pop-up drain stopper was broken. The manager offered to have someone come out and fix it. Lastly, two of the beds did not have top sheets on them - only the fitted/bottom sheet which was odd. Overall, the property was great with a huge kitchen and living room and an awesome back porch and outdoor pool. Very relaxing and in a good spot right on the canal. Only a few minor details with issues but management was very responsive.

A Great Vacation

Property is great with a few minor issues. Very clean! Pool is convenient and clean. Kitchen is beautiful and spacious. Neighborhood is super quiet, but house quiet hours should be listed more prominently in the ad. A privacy fence would be better instead of chain link; the neighbor's dog sat and barked at the kids in the pool. Neighbor was nice about it, but her dog shouldn't have to stay in when guests are in the pool next door. Beds were comfortable. Towels were somewhat lacking. 1 thin bath towel per person, 1 hand towel per bathroom, no bath mats. We had an issue with a loose toilet and broken front door lock, but they were very attentive to any problems. TVs in each bedroom would be nice (and maybe large enough to see from across the room).

Great Family Getaway

Our family vacation was short but sweet!! The property was in a great location. Fully stocked kitchen and amazing views! Neighbors were friendly and gracious! Area was quite, very exciting to see the residents enjoying the water in boats and paddle boards. We even got to see the manatee that visits often! Pool was lovely, deck offered great shade from the mid-day Florida sun. Property is less than 1 hour from several beautiful beaches and minutes from the airport. This property did not disappoint.

Family Vacation

This property is located in a very nice quiet area. The house was very nice and was exactly what we were looking for. My daughter loved the pool! The only negative thing was the towels were not clean in any of the rooms. Good thing there is a washer and dryer, so we were able to wash them before use. This will not deter me from staying here again. Overall everything was nice.

Cozy paradise tucked away near downtown tampa?

Our stay was a dream come true. The view and atmosphere of the house was an experience of a life time. All rooms and amenities were well furnished and clean. I was surprised at how well stocked all of the cookware was... everything needed for baking, barbequing, and frying are readily available. The turnkey service was also super nice and helpful for a few small questions. Even the neighbors were nice! Would definitely stay again in the future.

Best Florida Getaway!

As someone who is use to really great homes, I was very impressed with the cleanliness as a Doctoral Nurse ! I felt Covid 19 safe! The home was well cleaned and open for my 80 year old mom and my husband! The views were relaxing and Euphoric! Neighbors were very nice ; waving as if we lived there making us feel right at home. Towels and linen very clean! Bathrooms very clean! My only ask is for a large broom so that renters like me with OCD can sweep your home and keep it clean! Thank you for achieving perfection! 5 Stars on Quality! With Covid 19 impacting travel, we felt safe here ! The home is very clean!

Worth the money

Couldn’t recommend this property enough and will hopefully have an opportunity to stay again. Phenomenal location and house was everything we expected, if not more. Heated pool is the only thing it was missing but not at all a true deterrent. Five stars all the way!

Absolutely beautiful inside and out!!!

We celebrated our ninth anniversary and my brothers birthday. We had an amazing time. The home is absolutely beautiful, the neighbors were friendly and it was close to everything, shopping, groceries, dining, beach and the beautiful River Walk park. We really enjoyed ourselves and look forward to coming back again.

Excellent Location and Gorgeous House

Stayed for a few days with friends for a fishing trip. The house had everything we needed and no one felt cramped. The backyard is perfect. We fished off the dock in the canal and swam in the pool often. Quick rides to our charters. Overall great experience.

Daughter's Graduation as a Nurse Practitioner!

We we're in Tampa for our daughter's graduation from college. There's a very nice house to stay in while we were there. We also used it as a family get-together with three of our children and my wife's mother. We enjoyed it very much!
