The Space:

Soft morning light filters across the first-floor patio as you settle into a quiet moment before the day begins. Inside, the spacious layout gives everyone room to unwind, whether you are brewing coffee in the kitchen or relaxing in the open living area. After exploring nearby parks or local attractions, you can return to a comfortable space that feels easy to settle into for both short and long stays.



Sleeping arrangements

The unit offers four queen bedrooms, each paired with its own full bathroom. The setup provides privacy and convenience for groups traveling together, with enough space for up to eight guests to feel at ease throughout their stay.



Living spaces

The living area is designed for gathering, with room for the whole family to sit together. A breakfast nook in the kitchen and a separate dining area give you flexibility for shared meals or relaxed conversation. From the living room, step out to a small patio with seating for two, a simple spot to enjoy fresh air before heading out to explore.



Kitchen and dining

A full kitchen provides everything needed to prepare simple, home-style meals. With a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, and essential cookware, you can choose between casual dining in the breakfast nook or settling in at the dining table when everyone comes together.



Outdoor and shared facilities

The surrounding community offers shared amenities including a pool, gym, clubhouse, lounge, basketball court, walking and biking trail, and grill. Whether you spend part of the day outside or relax indoors, the setting supports a mix of activity and downtime. Free parking on premises makes coming and going straightforward.



Neighborhood

Set in Lutz with easy access to Tampa Palms, the area blends suburban calm with pockets of urban energy. Within a short drive, you can reach USF, MOSI, Busch Gardens Tampa, and several parks for outdoor exploration. Restaurants, shops, and everyday conveniences are close enough to make outings simple without losing the feel of a quiet residential base.

Guest Access:

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.



You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.



The Neighborhood:

Suburban residential streets blend with a bit of urban charm in Tampa Palms, a pristine neighborhood just 14 miles northeast of Tampa, Florida. A short drive separates you from exploring the Florida Aquarium, dining at famous restaurants, and enjoying riverfront views at Tampa Riverwalk! Though Tampa Palms’ wooded streets give it a suburban look, the numerous apartment complexes, restaurants, shops, hospitals, and various businesses add some urban flair to the area.



Just south of town, discover University Mall with all of the mall classics—from a delicious food court and large movie theater to major department stores and popular retailers. A few miles further south, you’ll find Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and Adventure Island.



Getting Around:

We are located in a prime area near major freeways like I-275 and I-75 for ease of commuting. Our ideal location is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment like Violet Cury Preserve. The excitement of big city activities in Tampa is well within reach.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to them.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.

We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability! Family trip

We stayed at this location on our way to Tampa for a cruise. We were really impressed by not only the location, spacious rooms, cleanliness, amenities but kindness, honesty and prompt response of the owner. We would highly recommend and encourage anyone looking for a room in this area to stay here. Will stay again!!

Good accommodations

Property was easy to locate, not far from the I75 highway. Parking was close to the property. The unit did have all individual restrooms with living area and kitchen.

Very disappointed

We went 3 days with no AC, there was a leak coming from one of the locked closets. Smelled like cigarette smoke, holes in the wall, dirty sheets and pillow cases, even found a dirty diaper under one of the beds. One bed was broken. The pole was the best party but the maintenance and cleaning on this apartment was not good at all. I would not stay here again.
