Due to shallow water no jumping or diving in the pool to avoid an injury
No running. Surface around pool area may become slippery when wet.
No food, drinks or gum in the pool area
Glass and shatterable items are prohibited in the pool area

Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted in the pool area
No spitting, blowing nose in the pool
Littering in the pool area is strictly prohibited as it may damage swimming pool system

We are not liable for loss of any personal belongings left at the swimming pool area.

Guests swim at their own risk. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to any personal property, injury, disability or death while using our facilities.

We ask guests to be respectful to each other and allow everyone to have pleasant and relaxing vacation.

Violation of house rules will result in guests removal from the property with no refund.

Confirmed booking constitutes guests acceptance to these terms and conditions.

Short-term power outages and low water pressure can occur sometimes in any region in Costa Rica but it doesn’t last long. We are not responsible for any inconvenience related to the Acts of God or municipal/road repairs if it happens during your stay.
