Stylish Beach Condo-steps to beach and restaurants

Tucked away in the famous surf neighborhood of Playa Langosta you will enjoy your slice of paradise at our luxury condo that is close to everything! Steps to the ocean and wildlife, it features two private ensuite primary bedrooms, an additional half bath, large balcony overlooking the pool, 24 hour security, gated parking, dining table for 6, breakfast bar, and sofa bed. This is the perfect family vacation located right outside Tamarindo and walking distance restaurants and a grocery store.
The space
Where the jungle meets the sand! Playa Langosta is the best kept secert of the gold coast. This unique area is so special you will find everything within walking distance including--white sand beaches, wildlife, restaurants and grocery stores, tide pools at low tide, cut outs in the trees for shade, calmer oceans for kids and boggie boarding, and of course several of the best surf breaks in the world. Year round the air and the ocean are the same temperature (80s Fahrenheit, mid 20s Celsius). To stay cool, the living quarters are equipped with three individual air conditionings as well as ceiling fans in every room and on the balcony. As a family with two small kids, we realize how important safety and fun is, and our space has everything you need to enjoy one of Costa Rica's best kept secrets with all ages. We welcome you with everything you need for a perfect vacation. You'll find an air pump with pool floats, sand toys, and and ice chest for your beach adventures for your use. You'll feel comfortable in our quaint neighborhood as you stroll down the path to the beach for a day of memory making! For those of you that need to get some work done you will love our super fast WiFi and dedicated workspace. Our two TVs include the ability to stream all of your favorite movies as well as cable connection. Our balcony patio and has a wonderful view of the pool and is perfect for relaxing after all of your adventures. The Howler monkey lives all over Langosta and can easily be seen in the trees. The area is also well populated with iguanas, turtles, gekkos, birds, whales, and fish. We are about an hour from the Liberia airport and about an hour and a half from most jungle tours including more wildlife (sloths, frogs, toucans, and crocodiles) as well as breathtaking waterfalls. Costa Rica is known for the waterfalls and jungles meeting the sand--our space offers both and we welcome you to be our guest! Pura Vida!

You have full access to the 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom space which has 12 foot ceilings and 1400 square feet of living space. There is ample space for relaxing, cooking in our well equip kitchen (or having our chef come cook for you!). We provide a coffee maker for the famous Costa Rican coffee (honestly nothing like you find in the states), a blender, a toaster, ice maker, and all of the cooking utensils you will need. The condo is located on the second floor and does require a stair climb. Secure access is provided with a locked gate surrounding the property. Parking is gated and right outside the condo. Our concierge can also book you on any tours that you would like. We highly recommend ATVs to Playa Conchal for a calm beach vibe with little to no surf and a visit to the Rio Celeste Waterfall in Tenorio Volcano National Park is a must do with its hypnotic blue color and tropical surroundings.
