Face à l'océan à couper le souffle, condo unité de fin: spacieux, concept ouvert, 3 chambres, 3 et demi salle de bain. [1 roi, 5 jumeaux OU 2 rois 3 jumeaux]. À quelques pas de la grande plage de baignade et de surf. Profitez d'une baignade dans une grande piscine à débordement face à l'océan. Deux magnifiques ponts privés pour regarder le soleil se lever et les couchers de soleil incroyables. Le pont du niveau principal est couvert et meublé avec une table à manger et des meubles de salon. La terrasse sur le toit est à moitié couverte et à moitié ouverte, meublée avec des meubles de salon, un bar Tiki, une télévision et un barbecue.
Beau mobilier en bois à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur du condo créé par un artisan local. Grand salon avec plafonds de 13 pieds, sectionnel en cuir Natuzzi et grande Smart TV. Internet, climatisation, ventilateurs de plafond, laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. Toutes les chambres ont une salle de bain avec douche à effet pluie et portes vitrées. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec appareils en acier inoxydable et comptoirs en granit. Planchers de tuiles de travertin dans tout le condo. Service de ménage, entrée sans clé et gardien de sécurité 24 heures. Restaurants et épicerie à distance de marche dans ce quartier paisible. Situé à quelques minutes du centre-ville de Tamarindo. Absolutely gorgeous. The rooftop was perfect for ocean views, morning coffee, and stargazing. Steps to the beach and a short walk to swim in the ocean. Tide pools in front with the change of tides. Great pool to cool down in. Location was fantastic- quieter then Tamarindo, but just a golf cart ride away. The perfect mix. Host was very welcoming, assisted with anything we needed. Highly recommend.

Lovely place to stay.

My girlfriend and I recently stayed at this property. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! It is a beautiful place to stay with two outdoor decks, both of which have incredible views. Management was helpful and very easy to work with. We are already talking about our next trip there, and couldn’t be happier with our experience.

This place is a true home - on top of the great views, the kitchen and living space is equipped with practically everything you need. The building is managed well and safely, and the top deck is just to die for. Would come back for sure!

Great property, amazing views, right on the beach. The upstairs terrace is the perfect place to watch the sunsets. Mario, Romi and everyone at Five Star was very nice and always available to help with restaurants, sightseeing tours, boat rentals, etc. Gracias. Pura vida!

Home is outfitted with most necessities. Views are wonderful. Pool is great for swimming. I would ask they put more than one tiny shampoo/conditioner in each bath, something i actually complained about the last vi s it..

Simply an Amazing Property!!

Our stay at Playa Langosta exceeded all our expectations! I would highly recommend this property. The property manager was very friendly and very responsive to all our questions. They helped us arrange a rental car and a snorkeling excursion. The condo was exceptionally clean with very nice amenities. The rooftop patio was sublime. We spent our evenings listening to the ocean and looking at the stars. We highly recommend!!! We can't wait to go back!!

Awesome location and amenities

Our family of 4 just spent 3 nights at this property and can't say enough about our stay. The condo itself was immaculate and had everything we needed from an amenities standpoint. The location can't be beat and we enjoyed time in the pool and at the beach during low tide. As others have stated Fish and Cheese was great but our biggest surprise was the Bistro Langosta. We missed breakfast but the lunch was fantastic. Probably our favorite restaurant in Tamarindo and easy walking distance from the property. All-in-all a great stay even with the rain that would come through. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay in Tamarindo

My family of four loved staying here! The condo was clean, comfortable, spacious and conveniently located close to town. The views of the water and sunsets were spectacular. The condo is within walking distance of restaurants and shops, but we most frequently used our rented golf cart to get around. I don't think I can adequately express how helpful Romi (the concierge) was. She set up all of our activities as well as made dinner reservations. And she was incredibly patient as I kept making changes! The whole experience of booking and staying at the condo was relaxed and easy. I would definitely stay there again!

One of the best properties in this area. Great management team with Five Star Tamarindo (Romi was our concierge). Great property spacious room is completely furnished. Lots of little amenities. Well appointed. Pool and ocean right out front! Very secure property 24/7. Friendly, professional, polite, and accommodated every request. Very attentive and responsive management. Very attractive property.

The property was truly 5 star as well as the concierge support from Romi. Great communication via email and WhatsApp, very responsive. The property has 24/7 security to let you in the gated parking / property access. The unit is very well appointed with appliances and furniture. The covered deck and rooftop deck were both used regularly and are very enjoyable spaces. We had a guest chef and everything needed to cook and clean was provided. The included water dispenser and ice machine was also much appreciated. The three bedrooms were roomy and comfortable and had their own bathroom.
