Playa Langosta is a high-end neighborhood in Tamarindo, Surrounded by multi-million dollar homes and exuberant nature, this is the best place for vacations.
It is located a short 2-minute drive on a brand new cement road or a 15-minute walk where you will be able to see monkeys and exotic birds along the way.

The beach has tide pools perfect for little kids to discover colorful fish and your occasional octopus.
Towards the estuary (less than 100 from the public entrance) you have calm and refreshing waters with plenty of shade and right in front of it you have the local's favorite surf spot, It is common to see lots of people with their surfboards walking around or even in their bicycles.

Completed in 2020, this newly constructed house with a private pool and expansive terrace has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The main area consists of a large living room, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen, this area opens up to the beautiful modern pool, and right next to it the outside barbecue/patio.

The master bedroom with its king-size bed and office area provides views out to the pool and gorgeous garden. Set away from the other bedrooms, this provides a great retreat for mom and dad.

Enjoy cooking your fresh catch inside or outside by the BBQ area. With plenty of counter space and entertainment, the best restaurant in Tamarindo might just be what you cook up in this unbelievable home. Speaking of the outside, the pool and patio area will make it hard to want to leave the house. The pool offers a shallow deck area to relax while staying cool and then when you are thirsty, you can head over to the swim-up bar to enjoy your favorite cocktail.

Two additional bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are great options for kids or friends. And the last room has 2 bunk beds. The entire house has excellent wifi coverage and plenty of space to gather or retreat to a private spot to enjoy the novel you've been waiting to read.

The center of Tamarindo is less than 1 mile away. A leisurely walk down Tamarindo’s famous beach will get you there in 15 minutes. There you’ll find restaurants, nightlife, shopping and great surfing at Playa Tamarindo. In the opposite direction from town is Langosta beach. Cross the Playa Langosta estuary and you will find miles of pristine beaches.
