This condo is private and for your group only.
The Diria is located right in the vibrant Tamarindo town center, steps to shopping, restaurants, nightlife and activities. Guests of the Diria condos can enjoy complimentary use the huge lagoon pool with swim-up bar, tennis courts, gardens, private path to the beach, and restaurants. In addition, the Diria Hotel MAY offer full access to the hotel facilities - occupancy permitting: If the Diria Hotel has sufficient space available, guests may buy access to the hotel amenities including the ocean front pool, gym and beach chairs for $20 per day per person. You must inquire at the reception desk. This is at the discretion of the Diria Hotel.
You can walk to the beach and several small shops and restaurants. Tamarindo is just down the road.
Our property has space to park a vehicle, you can rent a car or a golf cart.
We recommend if you are going to reserve a golf cart, reserve a gasoline one as the electric one is not allowed to be connected to the building. Please note that in the high season (November - May) the public parking for the beaches is overcrowded.
Welcome to our charming, fully renovated ocean view condo at the Tamarindo Diria ideally situated on a hill inside the resort. The large terrace is perfect for watching sunsets or listening to the waves crash on Tamarindo beach. The spacious outdoor living space overlooks the huge freeform pool with swim-up bar with views out to the ocean. The Tamarindo Diria Resort is the most desirable Tamarindo vacation rental with its lush tropical gardens, lagoon pool with swim up bar and beach access via the landmark Diria Hotel right across the street. The location is perfect – set back on a quiet hill in the Tamarindo center just steps from the sand and all the vibrant shops, restaurants and nightlife of Tamarindo.
Diria 203 is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo with a new queen sofa bed in the living room. Diria 203 boasts lots of tropical sunlight via its sliding glass doors that lead from the long terrace into the main living space with flat screen tv and brand new sofas. The dining area has a table for 4, while the gourmet kitchen offers new cabinets, stainless steel appliances and quartz counters. Diria 203 is fully equipped for cooking up tasty tropical meals of local foods like tropical fruit and fresh fish. The large master suite with king bed has sliding glass doors opening onto the ocean view terrace. The comfortable second bedroom has two twin beds. The modern bathroom offers a big shower – great for rinsing the sand off after a fun-filled day at the beach or a relaxing day by the lagoon pool.
Traveling with little ones? We have a pack-n-play available on a first come, first served basis for $10/night. To ensure availability and have the pack-n-play set up and ready for your arrival, please let us know in advance if you`d like to rent it.

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
-This condo is situated on the second floor and the building does not have an elevator. Also there are steps directly from the building down to the pool. Alternatively, guests can walk 2 minutes down the driveway to the other pedestrian gate to access the pool (and avoid most stairs).
- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
- Please note that due to La Diria`s security protocols, we will require a photo of each guest`s ID prior to arrival.
