This property is in a luxury condominium with a resort feel, in the middle of an exclusive community called Langosta. Everything is behind a closed gates with 24/7 security guards, which means ease of mind for all our guests.

The unit itself just underwent a transformation, which includes some new furniture pieces with a modern flare and a brand new kitchen remodel with custom handmade cabinets. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium, with an additional sleeping area in the living area, which allow for 6 individuals to comfortably call this their home during their stay. The kitchen has all modern amenities for those gourmet chefs in the group. The living space is a great hangout area for the whole group to catch up, play games, or simply watch some TV. It opens up to a patio where guests can relax and dine, or even consider working for those remote workers. The master bedroom is oversized with a jacuzzi tub for guests to enjoy, along with ample closet space and an ensuite bathroom, allowing for maximal privacy for our primary guests. The second bedroom also has a large closet space, with a full bed and twin bed so that each guest can have their own bed to unwind and get a wonderful sleep at night.

Whether you decide to spend your stay at the condo, explore the surrounding area of Langosta and Tamarindo, or call this the home base to take day trips from, it is the perfect property for any family or group of friends.

Although everything is in walkable distance, a car, golf cart, or bike rental will allow you to explore the area with ease – you never know when you might have an impromptu shopping spree! Please contact us for reservations.

This property is within the upscale area of Langosta beach, a neighbourhood of Tamarindo. This condo is in a serene location, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist hub of Tamarindo (only a 4-minute drive to Tamarindo center). A peaceful 15 minute walk on the beach (or you can choose to walk via the paved road) will take you into the centre of Tamarindo, where you can enjoy various restaurants, shops and of course the infamous Tamarindo beach! If you want a more tranquil and secluded beach environment, you`re only a few steps away from Langosta beach! Go during low tide to explore the various tide pools. It`s also the perfect place to watch the amazing sunsets at the end of the day. The proximity to everything is perfect for those who want to benefit from all the amenities Tamarindo has to offer, yet it is in a quiet, exclusive area of town allowing those who want to wind down and relax to fully rejuvenate.

On occasion during drought season the area experiences scheduled water conservation periods, where guests may experience some water shortage. This complex has its own water reservoir tank and pump, thus this should not affect guests. However, in extenuating circumstances, this is a possibility. Either way, if you feel it is out of the ordinary, please let us know so that we can assess it.

We manage multiple homes within this building. If you’re traveling with family or friends and need extra space while still staying close together, we can help coordinate bookings for multiple condos. Please inquire for availability.
- Quiet hours after 8:00 pm.
- No more than 6 people.
- Only listed guests are allowed to stay overnight, past 10:00 pm.
- No use of glass around or in the pool, please use plastic.
- Please respect check out time. We have recently had guests overstaying the posted check out time affecting the next reservation. In such cases, we will be charging 60% of the last night`s rate.
- Please note that there is an additional charge of $40 per towel (bath or pool), $25 per hand towel and/or washcloth and $100 per sheet set for lost, damaged and/or stained items.
- In the case of lost keys guests will be charged $25 for replacement.
