Casa Prana is built in the exclusive gated community of Hacienda Pinilla’s Reserva de Golf.

Our guests have full access to the incredible facilities, 3 different white sand beaches, Avellanas beach club, 18 hole beachfront golf course, Wellness centre, Gymnasium, Spa, Mountain bike trails, Tennis courts and more.

Our aim is to give you the luxurious hotel feel in a private home setting. We provide daily housekeeping services Monday through Saturday with your rental. We can work into a schedule that fits your groups needs.
Additional housekeeping or breakfast preparation help hours can be pre-arranged.

Here in Hacienda Pinilla, a golf cart is a great way to explore the 4500 acre ranch. It's the best way to see the wildlife and monkeys on your way to and from the beach club, Marriott hotel or other amenities.

Rates are based on up to 10 guests. An additional fee applies per guest after the 10th person, up to the maximum occupancy of the property. Please make sure to include the total number of guests in your booking to receive an accurate quote.

BEACH CLUB
We have a corporate membership for our guests to enjoy the exclusive Hacienda Pinilla beach club on Playa Avellanas.
Beachfront infinity pool, tiki bar and restaurant, spa, soccer and volleyball courts, fitness center, and sun up to sun down lifeguarded beach at playa avellanas. There is a $5 entry fee per person

JW MARRIOTT HOTEL
Hacienda Pinilla is home to the J W Marriott hotel, as a guest of RG 84 you have access to the numerous restaurants on offer.
You can also purchase a day pass for use of the JW pool and amenities .

HORSE STABLES
Explore the 4500 acre ranch that is Hacienda Pinilla. Guided horseback tours are available at any time, the tours can be customised to fit your group from 30 mins to 2 hrs the ride takes you through the forest and the along the secluded beaches and river mouths all here within the ranch.

MOUNTAIN BIKE TRAILS
There are both Amatuer and pro trails
The pro trails are 30 kms running all throughout the ranch
The amatuer trails are 15 kms
These trails are also great for hiking and exploring the 4500 acres.

SURFING
Hacienda Pinilla has to be one of the best locations in Costa Rica to base your surf trip. With 6 waves just on Playa avellanas and private access to the beach breaks of playa Langosta you don't even need to leave the ranch, but if you looking to explore the area, the famous Playa negra reef breaks are just 10 minutes south and the the rivermouth and beachbreaks of Tamarindo just 10 minutes to the north.

You can get around by renting a car, renting our golf cart, renting bicycles, hiring a shuttle or taxi. Tamarindo, with its shopping, dining and nightlife is just 15 minutes away. The Daniel Oduber International Airport in the town of Liberia just an hour away.
Hacienda Pinilla offers a free shuttle within the throughout the community during the peak season holidays. It runs every 30 minutes and requires notice 15 minutes ahead of your pick up time.
There is a medical clinic within the Hacienda Pinilla community.

There is a VERY STRICT no-noise policy outside between 10p-6a. This is not the house to host a party or event. This home is great for groups of adults and families who respect the neighbors and rules of the community. If you plan to bring a big group to have a party, or large event, or make excessive noise, please reserve another property as the noise will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave without a refund.***
