The Space:

La Esquina #7 is located in a quiet, safe, and low-density residential neighborhood of oceanfront estates and elegant condos. There’s green space on three sides of the apartment, providing a home to howler monkeys, tropical birds, and iguanas. On the fourth side, across a seldom-traveled road, is a canopied park with a winding path to the white-sand beach of the Pacific Ocean, only 100 yards from the condo. This is a luxurious residence in every respect. The furnishings and décor are tasteful and of high quality. The Venetian-stucco walls, teak moldings, doors, cast stone floors, and ceilings planked in tropical hardwood combine to fashion a wonderfully warm and welcoming vacation home. As a guest of this property, we also include complimentary amenities like salt, pepper, cooking oil, and shampoo/soap. The condo is FULLY stocked with other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more!!!



Our building, La Esquina, is an intimate, 10-unit complex, showcasing Moroccan architecture, Mediterranean stucco, and columns, arches, tile, stonework, and carved teak beams throughout. The gardens are professionally landscaped and maintained and are alive with tropical flowers, plants, and trees.



La Esquina caters to guests who want to spend a relaxing vacation without having to deal with being amongst the 'party' although that is only a mile down the road if you want more 'action'



The property has a king bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom, which can be formed into a king upon request. There are two full bathrooms inside the condo as well. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.



La Esquina #7 has a kitchen that is a chef's delight. It features granite countertops, hardwood cabinets with pebble-glass doors, modern stainless-steel appliances, a 3-stage water filter, garbage disposal, a very full complement of countertop electric appliances, and complete sets of matching kitchenware, cutlery, serving ware, glassware, silverware, and dining ware.



The pool is just steps from the private, shaded porch. The rooftop patio overlooks the surroundings and offers a partial view of the ocean. The entire complex, including the large parking area, is walled, gated, and guarded.



La Esquina 7 has its own wireless, high-speed Internet. No shared bandwidth. HDMI cable is also provided if needed for your other devices. The washer and dryer in the condo are for the sole use of the guests of La Esquina 7. You'll find nothing but fresh, cool air, thanks to the central a/c and eight ceiling fans. La Esquina 7 has been strictly non-smoking from day one, so the air is clean and pure.



The condo is located only one mile from the renowned shopping and restaurants of Tamarindo. This town is described by residents as having the widest selection of restaurants in Costa Rica, other than in the capital itself.



The house is fully stocked with other bonus items for your personal use, such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more. We also include complimentary amenities like coffee and filters, creamer, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap, as a courtesy for your stay.



In order to maintain the security that everyone deserves, it is necessary to present the identification of the person who made the reservation at the time of check-in. We greatly appreciate your support.

The Neighborhood:

Langosta Beach is a beautiful and quiet residential neighborhood of high end condos and million dollar plus homes that is super close to the beach and near a handful of great restaurants, mini mart and amenities. Tamarindo is less than 1 mile down the road.



Getting Around:

Tamarindo is a 20 minute walk (less than 1 mile) from this location. Golf carts, bikes and ATV's can be rented should you want to get around easier. We can also help with taxi services.
