Paradise awaits at this gorgeous and delightful home in Guanacaste Province. This family-friendly home away from home enjoys an unbeatable location within walking distance of grocery stores Siempre Fresco and Auto Mercado (the largest U.S.-style grocery store) and two amazing restaurants if you feel like trying the local cuisine. There are also plenty of walkable shops, including Tamarindo Coffee Roasters, an ice cream shop, and a custom surfboard shop.

You will be a short distance from town and Tamarindo Beach (one mile and a half away). Other great local attractions and places to visit include Sendero Las Manglars, ATV Tamarindo, Monkey Jungle Zip Line Canopy Tour, Tamarindo Bay, Tamarindo Estuary, Playa Avellanas, Playa Flamingo, Las Baulas National Marine Park (the second largest nesting site in the world for the endangered leatherback sea turtle), Playa Conchal or Playa Penca, Playa Negra (black sand beach), Playa Hermosa, Ostional National Wildlife Refuge, The Leona Waterfall and Rio Negro hot springs, and Rio Celeste Waterfall.
