- Quiet hours after 8:00 pm. However, please be mindful that there are other people enjoying the serenity here, so ensure volumes are reasonable and respectful throughout the day.
- No more than the registered 2 people
- No use of glass around or in the pool, please use plastic - we will have to empty and refill the pool should glass break and fee will be charged accordingly.
- Only listed guests are allowed to stay overnight, past 10:00 pm.
- Please respect check out time. We have recently had guests overstaying the posted check out time affecting the next reservation. In such cases, we will be charging 60% of the last night`s rate.
- Please note that there is an additional charge of $40 per towel (bath or pool), $25 per hand towel and/or washcloth and $100 per sheet set for lost, damaged and/or stained items.
- In the case of lost keys guests will be charged $25 for replacement.
