The Space:

The Barn by Lyons has a kitchen, utility and a living/dining room. Appliances include an oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric woodburning effect stove and Smart TV. The bedrooms include a king-size (zip/link please advise if king-size required otherwise will be twin beds) with Smart TV, double with Smart TV and a twin with Smart TV. To the outside is ample off-road parking, a shared indoor swimming pool in the owner's caravan park and a patio with furniture, barbecue and hot tub. One pet is welcome but sorry, there is no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Travel cot and highchair are also available. The Barn by Lyons is a wonderful retreat with loved ones. Note: Dogs to be kept out of bedrooms. Note: Campsites nearby, associated noise may be experienced. Note: Use of indoor heated swimming pool in owner's nearby caravan park, 1st March - End of November.



The Neighborhood:

Tal-Y-Bont is a coastal village, resting to the North of the popular town of Barmouth and is situated within the Snowdonia National Park. Within the village you will find a pristine beach with a backdrop of sand dunes and caravan parks. This compact village benefits from the railway station, a bus stop, a traditional pub called the Ysgethin Inn and an Italian takeaway. Within four miles you will find the resort town of Barmouth offering superb walking and cycling routes, as well as a number of outdoor activities to enjoy. Further afield, is the superb Coed y Brenin Forest Park and the enchanting village of Portmeirion. Tal-Y-Bont promises a wonderful base for touring this coastal location further.
