The Nant Yr Arian visitor centre offers a wide range of waymarked trails for walkers, runners and mountain bikers and you can watch the daily feeding of hundreds of red kites. For the hardcore mountain bikers, visit the Dyfi Bike Park with its technical downhill trails handcrafted by Dan Atherton.
