House Rules – Simply Blessed Rentals

No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the home. Evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee.

No Pets: We love animals, but pets are not allowed at this property.

Occupancy Limit: Maximum of 7 guests. No unregistered guests or parties allowed.

Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

Boat Launch, Slip & Parking: Lake Martin boat launch is located within the community; Boat slip is first come, first served and is for active use (no overnight parking allowed); and boat parking is available during your stay within the community and is located to the immediate left, once you enter the village.

Community Amenities: Swimming pool, fitness room, and clubhouse are comuunal amenities. Please follow all posted community rules.
