This is a great location: 3 minutes to I-10, dozens of restaurants and attractions. 12-minute ride to the new Amazon complex, 22 minutes to the State Capital and Doak Campbell Stadium. Beautiful new home (except garage), comfortable beds and linens. This house is a straight 5 Star home and I think you’ll be happy staying here.

The house was well laid out. I liked that 2 rooms were on one side of the house and the other rooms were on the opposite side of the house. It lets the tired people get some sleep and the late night people stay up! We had everything we needed, although we could not find a blow dryer which made my sister look like Diana Ross...totally worth it! Big couches, 3 large tables for eating, work and family games. The location was quiet but still close to all the store we needed. Great place!

We have booked this house 3 times this year when we travel for work. We have named this house our “work home.” The hosts are absolutely wonderful and the house is perfect! Extremely clean, very well stocked with everything we need, fabulous and safe area. The theater room is incredible!! It’s truly a home away from home! The perfect house for the perfect Florida State football weekend! The house was set up well for our family with plenty of room for everyone. The home was clean, beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Hosts had great communication and the check in/check out was easy. Beautiful house and stay in Tallahassee

Our family of 5 needed to be in the area for medical reasons and wanted a spacious, safe, suburban area to stay for 10 days. So glad we picked this place - it was great for our needs and family. It was close to many shops/restaurants (few minutes away) and near most places we visited. Location was safe and quiet. House was clean and comfortable, and it had many fine features like a mirror defogger, quality appliances, a movie theater, keyless entry, etc. Beds and pillows were comfortable! Plenty of towels! Even had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash! Loved that there were a few items left in the pantry from other guests. And that there was plenty of seating for meal time and game time. If we are ever in the area again, we will happily be staying here! Note : Not a problem, but there were not any lidded dishes/containers, so just an FYI to have your own or buy some ziplock bags.

Perfect Home!

We were in town for our daughter’s grad school graduation so we had our entire family. Gregg was super responsive when booking and throughout the entire process. The house was impeccable, clean, large and the outdoor patio space was great. The kitchen, family room area was perfect for our large family. I can’t say enough great things about it. Would book again if traveling to Tallahassee!

We traveled to Tallahassee for the funeral of a dear family member and needed a place where our extended family could stay together in comfort. This house was exactly what we needed. It was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, and it provided a comfortable space for us to gather, share meals, and support one another.The location was convenient, and the home had everything we needed to make our stay easy during a difficult time. Wonderful Weekend in Tallahassee

Our family was in town to visit our daughter, a freshman at FSU. The home was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. It's located on a quiet street and very convenient to several supermarkets, restaurants and other stores. We had a great time and hope to return soon.
