FSU Graduation

Great Place to stay for Family Visiting FSU for a Graduation. Check-in/Check-out was easy and accurate. GPS took us right to the location. Wi-Fi access with Secure Password on site. I would definitely use this location again for my next trip to Tallahassee. A Rating.

Great place to stay!

This was the perfect place for our graduation stay. It was clean and spacious enough for our family with very comfy beds. Communication with the owner was quick and friendly. We felt right at home and would love to stay here again.

Comfortable cute and well maintained

The interior of this house is everything you want and the owner is very responsive and on top of things. My work colleague and I stayed for about 50 days during Legislative Session. The location is not great so i recommend this place more for what we did as a long term rental. Not a short stay where you want to be close to food and shops or the Capitol. It was very nice as home base. Well stocked. Comfy beds. Cleaning staff came halfway through the stay. Even though the lock box stopped working one time, the owner and her local staff were super responsive and on top of it, so we always felt taken care of.

Always A Delight

This was a third year of renting this home for us during this time of year. You can read the reviews that we have already submitted.This year we need to do a very special shout out to our host. We reserved this home so long ago that we thought we knew the dates we reserved. It was the morning of the 27th when we received our check out instructions we realized we made a mistake as thought we were checking out on the 28th. A quick email to Lourdas explaining our situation she move into action. With no questions asked she sent an email back saying she was calling VRBO to see what she could do. In less than 30 minutes we were billed and paid the extra night. The security code stayed the same and now we were checking out on the 28th adding additional time to spend with family. We have stayed in more rentals then we can count over the years we are are not sure this would have happened with any other host. We are forever grateful and thankful.

Nice townhome with close Proximity to FSU and TSC

We stayed at this property for the weekend in October. The hosting amazing with quick responses to questions and details. The townhome is in a good location with easy access to gas, Starbucks and FSU and TSC.

Palm House is wonderful!

We booked a last minute getaway to visit our FSU student. The house was exactly as advertised. The house was very clean and organized. It had a cute coffee/tea station with a variety of teas, keurig cups, and snacks. The TV remote control had run out of batteries and we couldn’t change channels. I sent Lourdes a message and she immediately responded and had batteries delivered to the door. We really felt at home and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Felt like home

We had to evacuate from a hurricane and it was so nice walking in at 2am to a clean, cozy house that felt like a home away from home. Everything was updated and nicely decorated. Close to fsu where our kids go to school. Parking was easy. Our host was very helpful since we didn’t know exactly how long we would be staying. I highly recommend this house!

FSU visit

Stayed for family weekend. Location was 15 minutes from campus. Perfect home and well appointed - even had Keurig cups for morning coffee. Will definitely look to stay there again for a future visit.

FSU Football weekend

My family and I stayed here this weekend to attend an FSU football game. It was a great location about 10 minutes from the stadium! It also has so many restaurants, shops, etc. just a short drive away! The property was so cute and very clean! We will definitely be back! :)

My new home in Tallahassee

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I arrived. Mainly because this was my first VRBO stay. I have to say, Lourdes was so attentive leading up to our visit. By the time we arrived, it was thinkless because of how helpful he was in the days leading to us arriving. The home is situated so close to everything but still in a semi quiet area. It was so nice and clean and inviting when we walked in. We felt right at home. My little furbaby was right at home as well. The kitchen was the best part for me. It’s such a headache to have to throw money away on eating out for every meal when you can cook a meal at home and save tons of money. The dishes and cookware were very nice. Not some cheap stuff that won’t last. My daughter pointed out that our beds were like the 3 Bears. My bed was the softest. Her bed was medium. And my other daughter’s bed was the hardest. lol It was a great stay. I will return again on my next trip to Tallahassee. Our family enjoyed how comfortable we felt there the moment we pulled in the driveway. It really was our new home in Tallahassee. Thank you. Lourdes. You have a lovely home. PS. The makeup remover clothes in the bathrooms were a really nice touch. It honestly is the little things.

Great stay!

Came to spend the weekend with our nephew who attends FSU. Close to campus and very clean. Lourdes was very responsive when we needed dish detergent and brought some to the house right away. Would definitively recommend.
