This groovy house sits on a cul-de-sac in a quiet and safe neighborhood where you will find locals jogging, riding bikes, or walking their pets. The property is centrally located on the desirable NE side of town close to everything .

The living room is the perfect place to kick back and relax, with comfortable seating and a wall of windows that let in plenty of natural light. You'll find all the modern amenities you need, including high-speed internet and Smart HD TV’s with Roku, so you can stay connected and entertained during your stay. For the musically inclined create good vibes and strum the electric guitar with amplifier.
The bedrooms are just as colorful and inviting, with plush bedding and plenty of closet space for your belongings. The master suite boasts a luxurious king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a spa-like garden tub and separate shower. The other two bedrooms each have a comfortable queen-sized bed and share a bathroom, which is also decorated in a groovy theme.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, including stainless steel appliances and everything you will need for meal preparation. There's plenty of counter space and a large High Top dining table that seats 8. There is a roll-away-full bed that can sleep 2.
Park your "Mystery Machine" ;) or vehicle in the garage that operates with a provided remote. Step outside and you'll find a lush backyard oasis, complete with a screened in patio. There’s room for your dog too in the fenced backyard. It's the perfect spot to relax and soak up some sunshine or to stargaze in the evening.

Local residents (Leon, Wakulla, Jefferson, Gadsden counties), must disclose so before booking and send a request. Garage will accommodate 1 vehicle comfortably. Guest is provided a remote to open and close the garage door throughout the stay. Nothing beats driving into the garage on a rainy summer day.
We are a dog friendly home for well behaved house trained dogs under 35 pounds. There is a dog fee of $65 per dog per reservation. We may be able to offer earlier check in for $25, however, a request must be authorized first.
We may also be able to accommodate a late check out for $25, however, a request must be authorized first. Unauthorized late check out fee is $50/ half hour. Our cleaners obtain digital proof after cleaning and prior to each guests' arrival assuring that everything is clean and in place for a wonderful stay. Any failed payments within 30 days of check-in may result in cancellation of reservation. We are FIRM with the cancellation policy. PLEASE obtain travel insurance and we will be happy to assist you with a claim. We cannot refund for cancellations that are outside of the refund period.

Guest understands that reservation will be immediately terminated without refund if we are alerted by the detectors. There is an additional $500 fee for smoke remediation if smoking occurs or manages to permeate the inside the property. Inconsiderate guests that ruin the space for others with their smoking have necessitated we take these measures. We recommend that careless smokers find a more accommodating space to book.
