Naturally an enchanted house welcomes dogs. There is plenty of room for your dogs to roam in the very large private back yard. We are dog friendly for well behaved house trained dogs under 35 pounds. Limit of 2 dogs. ONLY Dogs! We charge a fee of $65 per dog per reservation/stay. Please note the backyard is not a grassy, soft, well maintained lawn. In full disclosure, the backyard has a lot of large trees that drop twigs, leaves, etc, as shown in pictures. Depending on the season, the amount of leaves and twigs can vary. While we do employ professional lawn care, we recommend pet owners of delicate dogs may wish to choose a property with a manicured lawn instead. House has a dedicated playroom for the young at heart or young in age. 3 gaming chairs as well as comfortable gaming sofa. XBOX 360 with 2 controllers and a variety of game choices is provided. Optionally, bring your favorite game console and hookup to the game room TV. Challenge your opponent to a fast paced game of pop a shot with electronic scoreboard and multiple game options, for a more physical gaming experience.

We may be able to offer earlier check in for $25, however, a request must be authorized first. Our cleaners obtain digital proof after cleaning and prior to each guests' arrival assuring that everything is clean and in place for a wonderful stay. We may offer a partial refund if your cancelled dates are booked by another guest, but this shouldn't be relied upon.
We use luxury down bedding in all our properties for superior comfort. We do not offer alternative bedding for those that may be allergic. We employ Wynd sentry detectors which will alert us if any kind of smoking is detected. Guest understands that reservation will be immediately terminated without refund if we are alerted by the detectors. There is an additional $500 fee for smoke remediation if smoking occurs or manages to permeate the inside the property. Inconsiderate guests that ruin the space for others with their smoking have necessitated we take these measures. We recommend that careless smokers find a more accommodating space to book.

Bathroom doorways are narrower than those found in many newer homes and may not accommodate some wheelchairs, walkers, or other mobility devices. Guests with accessibility needs are encouraged to look for alternate accommodations.
