The Space:
The Charming 1954 Home features a quaint living / dining area. Just off of the dining area is a walkthrough kitchen. An additional seating area off of the main living area is great for kids to play board games or to have a more quaint conversation without a television. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms are spread throughout the homes many additions over the years. Each bedroom contains a queen size bed (with the exception of the small forth bedroom having a twin trundle bed), smart tv, and ample closet space.

Guest Access:
Our long narrow driveway allows for free parking of three vehicles in front of the home. Private on street parking is also available.
The most popular mode of transportation in our area is by car or ride share. City transit buses are also available but require a walk to the closest bus stop.

The Neighborhood:
This home is on the end of a historic street very near to Collegetown and the strip in an area that is transforming from young family neighborhood to college student living. You will likely encounter both in the area. It's a short driving distance to Florida State University, Florida A&M University, Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, Florida State Capitol, Civic Center, and Interstate 10.

Getting Around:
Parking in the two space private drive way allows for easy access to the front door of our home. Free on street over flow parking is available adjacent to the property as well.

Our closest StarMetro bus stop is 1 miles from our home, the Greyhound Station is 1.7 miles, and the Tallahassee International Airport is 7.6 miles. Private ride share companies like Uber and Lyft are readily available in our area.

Other Things to Note:
We do require a few house rules from our guest to protect our neighborhood and home - this includes no parties, events, or smoking of any kind. We also limit the number of guests in our home.

Interaction with Guests:
You will have the whole house to yourself but we live nearby so if there is anything you need please do not hesitate to ask. We want to make sure you are comfortable in our home.
