Staying at our two-bedroom townhome, originally built in 1981, is an affordable and convenient experience for guests. The neighborhood may not be the most upscale, but it is a friendly and quiet community.
Overall, our townhome offers guests a comfortable and convenient stay, with all the necessary amenities and a welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, our townhome is a great choice for small groups or a couple looking for a relaxing and convenient home base.
The Space:
Our townhome features two queen beds and desks in each room, providing guests with plenty of space to relax and work. The jack-and-jill bathroom provides easy access for both bedrooms, while the half bath offers additional convenience. The full kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary appliances and cookware to prepare meals. The small living area is perfect for small groups to gather and relax, making our townhome an ideal choice for families, friends, or business travelers.
Guest Access:
At our 992 sqft townhome, guests will have access to all spaces, including the entry, living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and outdoor areas.
Entry: The townhome has a private entrance, allowing guests to come and go as they please.
Living Room: The cozy living room is located on the first floor and provides a comfortable space for guests to relax, watch TV, or read a book.
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen is also located on the first floor, offering guests the convenience of being able to prepare meals during their stay.
Bedrooms: The two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and desk, are located on the second floor. Both bedrooms offer ample space and privacy, and are serviced by a jack-and-jill bathroom.
Bathrooms: The jack-and-jill bathroom is located on the second floor and provides access to both bedrooms. The half bath is located on the first floor, providing additional convenience.
Outdoor Areas: The townhome has outdoor areas, such as a patio or balcony, where guests can enjoy fresh air and outdoor space.
Overall, guests will have full access to all spaces in the townhome, allowing them to fully enjoy their stay and feel at home.

Our townhome is located in a diverse neighborhood where neighbors have a mix of income levels. Some neighbors take pride in maintaining their yards and homes, while others may not prioritize yard care. Despite these differences, the neighborhood is tight-knit, quiet, and friendly, with a strong sense of community.
The townhome is located next to a high school, providing times of busy activity and evenings of quiet to little activity. Additionally, a laundry mat, Restaurants, Walmart, and Tom Brown Park are just a short drive away. The park offers a great place for outdoor recreation, including walking trails, picnic areas, and sports fields.
Overall, the townhome is situated in a dynamic and convenient neighborhood that offers a mix of residential and commercial amenities. Despite some differences in yard maintenance, the community is quiet and peaceful, making it a great place for an affordable stay.
Getting Around:
Getting around the neighborhood by car is easy and convenient. Our home is located just minutes away from the main road and has easy access to all major areas, making it easy to get to your destination quickly and efficiently with a short drive. If you need to rent a car, there are several car rental agencies located around our city as well as services like Uber, Lyft, and public transit by bus. Additionally, if you need to park your own car, there is a private 2 car driveway and street parking available in front of the home. We recommend downloading a GPS or mapping app to help navigate the area and get around town with ease.

Pet policy: We have a no pet policy.
Accessibility: Our home does require guests to climb stairs to the bedrooms on the second level as well as a step or two at the entry.
Cleaning: While we do not have a list of check-out tasks or procedures, we do ask that you leave our home generally in the condition in which it was found. You may leave all linens/ towels in place. We will take care of everything.
