A charming villa set in beautiful gardens with sea & mountain views

The Lodge is a pretty villa in a quiet residential area, not overlooked, set in beautiful gardens with its own private swimming pool (4x8m), in the foothills above Paphos and Coral Bay. WIFI and air-conditioning are included. It has two bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom. (2 bathrooms in total) There are beamed cathedral ceilings throughout the property making it feel light and spacious. Outside is a large shaded terrace overlooking the pool and a view of the sea. There is also an additional outdoor kitchen area with built-in barbeque and additional seating area.
The centre of Tala is a 10/15 minute walk away where you will find a small selection of traditional tavernas, bars, restaurants and small shops.

On your day of departure, if your flight is later in the day, it may be possible for you to stay at The Lodge later than the normal check out time but this needs to be agreed beforehand.
Installed for your safety are smoke alarm/detector and carbon-monoxide alarm. There is also a burglar alarm installed which is optional.
If you just want to have a chat about what Paphos is like, if you're concerned about anything, or there is any information I have forgotten to add, please feel free to give me a call or email and I'll be more than happy to help.

If you would like to rent The Lodge for more than three weeks then we would be very happy to discuss a reduction in rental fees.

Merci à Melanie et Paul pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité. La maison est familiale et trÚs bien équipée: les choses ont été pensées pour faciliter la vie des occupants. Le jardin est magnifique et trÚs agréable à vivre. Je recommande pour un séjour familiale, sans prétention.

Nous avons passĂ© une semaine dans cette maison, Ă  4. C’était de trĂšs belles vacances. La maison de Deborah est trĂšs agrĂ©able, trĂšs confortable pour quatre personnes, trĂšs calme et a une jolie vue sur les hauteurs, bien placĂ©. L’annonce correspond Ă  la rĂ©alitĂ©. Aucune dĂ©ception d’aucune sorte Ă  relever. Il faut noter que nous avions une voiture, sans ĂȘtre motorisĂ© c’est probablement trĂšs compliquĂ©. Deborah, et ses parents qui vivent juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ©, sont trĂšs Ă  l’écoute et charmants. Nous recommandons vivement et sans rĂ©serve l’endroit.

A spacious, very well equipped house with great pool and private garden. The Lodge is a gorgeous villa, with a stunning garden and pool. What is exceptional about the villa is the communication from Debbie, she replies within minutes and the attention to detail. There are condiments available, who wants to spend money on salt and pepper, and everything you would need in a kitchen. You will definitely need a car though if you want to travel to Pathos and Coral Bay. We did manage to find one taxi company to take us to Pathos for the evening but it was expensive. We were prepared for this and had a great evening. The village square is in walking distance if you do want to stay local. Highly recommend Mario’s bar, can’t believe how cheap the drinks are! They also do snacks between 11am and 2pm which are really good. The staff in there are amazing! We would also highly recommend Mass SouraTavern. Why was this restaurant empty? The food and staff were amazing. Highly recommend this restaurant, particularly the Meze and the steak. A wonderful villa and Holiday. Thank you Debbie.

Perfect,

After 20 years holidaying in Cyprus, staying in new villas and apartments,I thought this one was the best so far, just perfect .The lodge was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was fabulous, the beds very comfortable, the terraces and gardens were beautiful. It was so peaceful but close to restaurants and amenities.

Our stay was amazing! The villa was fantastic, in a quiet location and so beautiful. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. The outside space was amazing with a lovely private swimming pool and great barbecue area, and the views were stunning. We hired a car, the villa is only about a 20 minute drive from Paphos airport, and within walking distance to Tala and all the lovely restaurants. Our host Debbie was lovely, with great communication and so helpful, as was Melanie who met us at the Villa to show us around and explain a few things.All in all we can not fault it and highly recommend a stay here.We will definitely been returning soon.Thank you Debbie.

Escape in the hills

I can say with confidence that this is one of the best stays I have had using any holiday home service. The home is quiet and tucked away in the hills of Tala. Myself, and my in-laws were there for a wedding in Paphos, and it was a perfect way to escape all the noise and have some quiet time for ourselves. The house is well appointed, and has all the amenities you could want. The check in process was very simple, and we really appreciate Melanie staying up late to let us in when our flight arrived later than expected. The whole stay was lovely. Highly recommend.

Perfect bliss!

Lovely spacious villa with everything provided. Great view and a splendid pool which was a godsend in the heat. Very chilled country area. Kids had a great time too and Tala’s restaurants were fabulous. Not far from Paphos and Coral Bay so very well situated. All in all

Very peaceful location but still only 15 mins from Paphos. Beautiful gardens very private, great facilities. Stayed for a week wound of loved to have stayed longer 😂 Would recconend for sure. Get a car to get out a d explore. Good choice of restaurants nearly and Lidl supermarket is 10min drive away. A home from home but without the U.K. rain!

Wonderful property

This house is a home, its comfortable, clean, peaceful and very well placed for getting around. The owner and property managers can't do enough for you if needed. Would recommend staying here without hesitation. We had a lovely relaxing 3 week stay here.

Very nice house in good area

We had a good holiday in the Lodge. The house, garden and pool are all well maintained. You will find what is shown in the ad. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the house when we arrived, though. The toilets, bathroom and kitchenware were not clean. Good quiet location close to the sea and shops.

Wonderfully peaceful stay

We stayed at this property for a week whilst visiting relatives in the area. The house itself is set away from other properties but within a 10 minute walk of bars and restaurants. The pool area and veranda are beautiful with views of the sea, the only sound we heard when sitting out here was the birds, incredible relaxing. The house itself is more a home than a rental, some may call it slightly old fashioned , but we found it really comfortable and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need , including pool toys and loads of loo roll! The super king bed was a great feature, really unusual in a rental and very comfortable The property managers met us on arrival and showed us around which was a nice touch. Probably one if the best holiday lets that we have stayed in and if relaxation and peace and quiet are what you are looking for this is definitely it!

Geweldig verblijf

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit prachtige huisje. Het huisje was gezellig ingericht, schoon, er waren fijne bedden, 2 mooie badkamers (altijd handig als je met meerdere mensen bent) en alles was aanwezig wat we nodig hadden. De tuin was prachtig, goed onderhouden en er waren fijne plekjes om te zitten. Het zwembad was schoon en heerlijk om in af te koelen. Het huisje ligt op een rustige locatie maar alle plekken in de omgeving zijn prima te bereiken met de auto. Het contact met de eigenaar via de mail verliep prima. Ook de ontvangst voor de sleuteloverdracht en de uitleg over bepaalde zaken was erg prettig. Dit huisje is echt een aanrader als je graag in een rustige omgeving verblijft. Wij komen graag nog een keer terug als we nog een keer naar Cyprus gaan.
