Welcome to Seagrass Studio, a well-appointed guesthouse positioned on the waters edge in gorgeous Tairua.

Wake up and dip your toes in the ocean, have a swim, or grab the kayaks and go for a paddle.

This upmarket, stylish guesthouse is beautifully furnished and has privacy from the owners home, which it is connected to.

Boasting a modern bathroom, with walk-in shower.

The air-conditioning unit/heat-pump offers comfort all year round.

The lovely owners are happy for you to relax on the deck at the front of their property, and take in the stunning sea views - the deck and driveway are the only shared spaces. The studio also has it's own additional covered patio/BBQ area looking out to the garden.

You will have your own parking space in front of the studio.

Located only 500 metres from cafe's, restaurants, bars and shops - it's a flat, easy stroll along the path on the edge of the estuary.

The small kitchenette within the studio has a small fridge, microwave, Nespresso Coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. There are no cooking facilities aside from the BBQ.

There are no laundry facilities - however, the nearest self-service laundry is only 1 minute drive from the studio.

House Rules and Information

Parking: 2 x off street parking spaces. The driveway is shared and must be left clear.

Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes.

Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.

Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.

STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
