- Please note that during the winter months, all outdoor furniture, including the grills, will be unavailable.

- This home has a max overnight occupancy of 8 guests and a max daytime occupancy of 12 guests.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

Cozy cabin in Tahoe city.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin in Tahoe city. The location was close to the town and we absolutely loved the lake views! We were bummed, though, that the patio furniture was already put away when we arrived November 6th which is still early fall and we had beautiful weather and couldn’t enjoy sitting on the deck looking out at the views. It was a nice, clean and cozy cabin that we would stay at again.

The view/hot tub were great, does not have air conditioning/screens on the windows/doors, extremely hot especially in the master bedroom, could not open the window. bed should be turned the other way in the master because of the A frame beams, you will hit your head. The bed mattress cover is stained under the sheets when i went to wash the sheets. The front door knob locks and is able to be opened while locked so if your not careful you could lock yourself out of the house. there was a key to the door in the pantry that we didn't even know was there until we were cleaning the house to leave. The stairs are really steep outside/inside the house, there should be child safety gates at both staircases inside the house, i was scared that my dog would fall through the steps going up to the third floor so i blocked it with all the furniture so he would not go up. The staircase that goes down was really steep and right next to the kitchen everytime i walked by it i felt like i had to be real careful not to fall down the stairs as i walked by them to get to living room. The house is pretty old so i guess it was as clean as it could be the top of the fridge needs attention. one of the tables outside had a broken leg and an bench in the master had a chunk missing and was stained. the tree coming up the deck needs more room to move in the wind cause it was rubbing on the deck. Dryer is out of service. I was charged $172.50 for dog when it should have been $150.00.

Tahoe Engagement

This property is Wonderful!! Great Location to Tahoe city and the ski slopes. The layout of the house with two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and a bedroom & bathroom on the main floor and a finished basement with additional full bathroom allowed for guests to spread out. The #1 overall benefit to this property was the OUTSTANDING customer service and communication. We had a problem with our hot water and Kelly was all over it to ensure we were taken care of in a timely manner. Really went above and beyond to fix the problem!!! I highly recommend AvantStay for future adventures.

A Team in the A Frame
