TVHD Ă  Ă©cran plat avec AppleTV, DVD, un HomePod Apple, jeux, cartes et livres sont tous disponibles pour votre plaisir. Pour ceux qui ne peuvent tout simplement pas se «dĂ©connecter», il y a aussi le wifi. De grandes fenĂȘtres et un plafond voĂ»tĂ© lui confĂšrent une sensation lumineuse et aĂ©rĂ©e.
La cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e comprend de beaux comptoirs en pierre, une cuisiniĂšre Ă  gaz et tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour prĂ©parer les repas pour le groupe. La table Ă  manger peut accueillir confortablement 6 Ă  8 personnes et il y a 3 tabourets de bar au comptoir de la cuisine. De la salle Ă  manger, une porte coulissante mĂšne Ă  une cour latĂ©rale ensoleillïżœïżœe.
AprĂšs la cuisine, il y a un demi-bain dans le couloir menant aux deux chambres, toutes deux avec un lit Queen. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain complĂšte, une avec combo baignoire / douche Ă  jets et l'autre avec une grande douche Ă  double tĂȘte. Chacun a Ă©galement une porte qui mĂšne Ă  cet air fabuleux et frais de Tahoe; l'un s'ouvre sur une terrasse et l'autre s'ouvre sur un porche grillagĂ©, et Ă  l'arriĂšre, un patio ensoleillĂ© en dalles avec un coin repas extĂ©rieur - idĂ©al pour la rĂšgle n ° 2: prĂ©lassez-vous au soleil!.

The home had everything to make you feel you were in your own home. Especially the kitchen which was amazingly well stocked. The neighborhood was very quiet, and the location was perfect for all of the north shore.

Wonderful rental property!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay in the home! The kids enjoyed their own bedrooms with bathroom and we all found the beds to be very comfortable! Easy location to get in and out of! No complaints and we would definitely look to rent again on our next visit to Lake Tahoe!

Wonderful stay

My friends and I loved our time at the house. It was beautiful, clean, surprisingly spacious, and as well appointed as any home rental I’ve seen. We were a group of girlfriends, but would be great for a couples trip since every bedroom as a full en suite bath, and two of them have roomy jacuzzi tubs.

Great place

This was our second time staying here and it was just as lovely as the first. We had a small issue with the curtain rod falling off the wall in the middle of the night, and the property manager was quick in her response to help.

What a great place to spend Christmas vacation! A real home away from home with everything you could ask for. The kitchen was setup to allow guest to cook just about anything you could imagine. The house was spotless and very comfortable. We will book again in the summer!

Just as advertised! A great Tahoe vacation

The property was accurately portrayed and exceeded our expectations. The kitchen is exceptionally well outfitted if you want to cook for yourself, including a well stocked pantry of spices and basics. All appliances are well maintained. The beds were all comfortable and the location is very convenient to the lake. A wonderful place for our family vacation!

Great accommodations!

My husband, son and daughter-in-law and I were very pleased with the rental at Carnelian Bay. Every room was nicely furnished. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The owner provided a fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, and living room. The backyard patio was lovely. The iPhone chargers in the bedrooms and living room were a nice surprise. We would love to stay at this rental again.

Home, was very clean and has all the gargets you may need during your stay, including a printer just in case you need to do some work. It would be nice if the 2 down stair bedrooms had TV's. Kitchen well stocked with everything you may need for any meal you cook.

4th of July escape

The house was clean and great for our family of 4. The kitchen was well stocked and had all the spices and oils you would need. Not a lot of pantry space to store dry food but we made it work. There was no sponge for washing dishes so take/grab one if you prefer to wash dishes that way. All in all, would rent again.

Our best rental experience so far

This house is a gem and worth returning to for another trip. We were a family of 6 (4 adults + 2 kids). The property is very well maintained, beautiful layout, good sized rooms and bathrooms. Interior gives a very cozy Tahoe vibe! Everything worked as expected. Few things that stood out for us: 1. Fireplace 2. Nespresso coffee machine, frother and pods 3. Wireless chargers at multiple places 4. Well stocked kitchen supplies 5. Jacuzzi tubs in 2 bathrooms They also had yoga and exercise accessories. For us, the trip turned out to be not just about outdoors and snow, but enjoying the indoors as well.

Great Family Ski Cabin!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for our family of 5 during our ski trip to Palisades/Alpine Meadows. Commute to the resort depended on departure time entirely, but the location of the house was accessible and the space was cozy and ample. The kitchen is very well stocked with good equipment, the bedrooms were comfy, bathrooms were spacious and clean (upstairs shower isn’t great for tall people but one of the downstairs showers was just right), and the gas fireplace in the living room made that space even more relaxing. Our twin sons claimed the king size bed upstairs since there were no twin beds. This worked out fine for our family. We really loved our stay here! Working with Hauserman was easy and reassuring as we planned our trek from Philadelphia.

Summer hiking at Lake Tahoe

Property was perfect for us. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Beds and linens were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with all we required. The only issue was the drier was not working upon check in. We notified them immediately and they said they would try to send someone out. Unfortunately no one was able to service the drier during our stay. But it was summer and we were able to hang our laundry to dry on the back enclosed sun deck. The house is close to the dollar river reservoir, which has a ton of great walking and biking trails. It stayed cool enough with the ac in the day and we could open the windows and use fans on the evening. Overall great home for us to stay.

Cozy little cottage in a quiet neighborhood

Overall very impressed by the checking process and clear instructions. The property manager was very prompt with our questions and was always available via text and calls. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms are clean and nicely maintained. Kitchen is stocked and has has a.nice.floe to the living and dining space. The homepod is a nice addition to the experience. If I have to be nitpicky, the grill on the front is not the best place for it. You are sitting in the front porch but right on the road - so you have cars driving by constantly and people walking. As far ar cleanliness, the front and back deck has some grease and bbq food smell on them probably from past grill smoke. No issues with the interioes - in fact they were pretty clean. We had a nice time with our family here - boardgame nights, binge watching movies together and lots of precious memories! Would love to comeback!

First time visit to Lake Tahoe

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The accommodation was very clean and comfortable.The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need from preparing meals to serving and eating, no need to bring anything yourself apart from your own food. The location of the rental was good, close to Tahoe city and the lake.
