HOUSE RULES

Only guests included on the reservation are permitted on the property unless prior approval is obtained from the host.

Pets must be disclosed and approved before arrival. Dogs over 15 lbs require prior approval. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage, stains, odors, or excessive cleaning.

3. No Parties or Events
Parties, events, large gatherings, or unauthorized visitors are not permitted.

4. Respect the Property
Please treat the home, furnishings, décor, plants, linens, and amenities with care. Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.

5. Cleanliness
Normal cleaning is included in your stay. Excessive messes, stains, bodily fluids, pet accidents, excessive trash, smoking residue, or conditions requiring additional cleaning may result in additional charges.

6. Damaged or Missing Items
Any damaged, stained, broken, or missing items may be charged to the guest at replacement cost.

7. Furniture and Décor
Please do not move furniture, remove decorative items, or take indoor furnishings outside without prior approval.

8. Smoking
No smoking, vaping, marijuana, or drug use is permitted inside the home. Evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning and deodorization fees.

9. Quiet Hours
