Welcome to our spacious and recently updated home, perfect for hosting the whole family! With multiple bedrooms and a large bonus room/play area, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax and have a great time.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a modern and inviting ambiance. The highlight of this home is the fantastic kitchen, which has been thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials you need to cook up delicious meals for your loved ones. Basic utensils and seasonings are included, making it easier for you to prepare your favorite dishes. Alternatively, you can opt for some take-out and gather around the generous dining table that comfortably seats up to 8 guests for a delightful dining experience.

The layout of our home ensures privacy and comfort for all guests. Three bedrooms are neatly situated along the hallway, creating a peaceful and serene space for restful nights. On the opposite end of the house, you'll find the primary retreat, which offers a serene oasis away from the hustle and bustle. Located adjacent to the kitchen, it's conveniently accessible yet separate from the main sleeping quarters, giving you a tranquil space to unwind.

Outside, you'll discover a spacious and fully fenced backyard, providing a safe and secure environment for children and pets to play freely. Good size home for a family trip with multi-generations

We loved having the game room for the kids and a separate living room for the grandparents. Also the master bedroom is away from the rest of the bedrooms which is great from quiet and privacy.

Jay made our trip so much better and easy! Communication was on point, he was super nice and understanding. Gave us some tips about the city and the places we wanted to visit. House was superb! Great spot in great area

Clean, roomy, well-stocked rental in fantastic neighborhood. 4 adults, 4 kids. Could walk to multiple playgrounds and parks. Fenced in yard helpful. Enjoyed the grill. Kitchen great for cooking.

Loved this place !

The host was amazing. Very responsive for questions that I had during my rental and even provided some recommendations before arriving. The location is in the cutest neighborhood! We spent a lot of time in Ruston at the coffee shop, jewel box cafe. The game room was also nice to entertain the kid that came along(even us adults). Who doesn’t love an arcade game. With all that, I highly recommend this property for a nice relaxing visit.

Great stay in North Proctor

This is a wonderful property in the north end of Tacoma which we used as a base to explore the North Proctor and Ruston areas of Tacoma. It was spacious and well appointed with great games for kids and grownups to play. The patio space is lovely. The hosts were highly responsive, friendly and fantastic to communicate with. We can’t recommend this property enough.

Family Den Awesome!

We arrived around 8pm after a long drive and the home was clean and beautiful! Everything was NEW! New beds with NO slouch in the middle, new chairs and new beddings. Home is beautifully renovated and lots of room! There was a family den that I did not see pictures of and my children (we had a total of 8) was in awe of their own "space" for them to hangout and watch tv and play a little foosball. I wish there was more A/C units in the home to help keep it cool when we first entered but ... the home cooled down after a few hours. The location is in North Tacoma so if you don't know this area well ... it is close to the Ruston Way Waterfront and the Point Definace Zoo. There are shopping areas close by as well ... like 20 blocks down. I love how there is a huge kitchen table to support all our family members that came to eat dinners for the next two nights and leave. We came to visit parents in the Senior Home in Puyallup and mother was the one who came by to visit the home and do laundry. The home was equipped with a new washer and dryer and we had room for shoes at the door with how open the area was. Would I come back here again? YESSSSS!!! Also, if I had questions, the host was ALWAYS answering! Thank you again for having us!!! We loved it!
