Please Take Note:

- NO air conditioning - Fans will be provided.
- If you`re accompanied by furry family members, a $25/night fee (for stays up to 10 days) or a
$250 flat rate fee (for stays exceeding 10 days) applies per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets.
- Check-in: 4PM | Check-out: 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon
request. (*Subject to availability and cleaning schedule - a $25/hour fee applies.) Kindly
inquire in advance.
- Trash and recycling collection takes place every other Tuesday. To ensure your convenience,
we will notify you through email. In the event of a missed trash or recycling pickup, a $50 fee
will be applied to cover the cost of arranging an extra collection.
- To ensure a smooth departure, please leave key fobs, parking remotes, and mail keys where
found at check-in. A photo will be required at check-out for key verification. Lost key fobs,
parking remotes, or mail keys will be charged at $100 each.
- Booking requires ID verification and adherence to the rental agreement.

Disclaimer: Please be advised that we reserve the right to cancel reservations if the required booking forms are not completed within 48 hours for standard bookings or within one hour for same-day reservations.

To ensure your convenience, we offer remote check-in for a seamless arrival experience. Prior to your stay, we`ll provide you with easy instructions to access the property. No need to worry about timing – you can check in at your own pace and start enjoying your getaway on your schedule.

The Museum District houses renowned attractions like the Tacoma Art Museum, Museum of Glass and Washington State History Museum. The Foss Waterway adds to the charm, offering waterfront promenades, parks and boat tours. Overall, downtown Tacoma is a hub of activity with a unique blend of history and modernity.

Getting around is a breeze! Uber and Lyft have you covered with convenient transportation options during your stay. Whether you`re exploring the city or heading to local attractions, getting a ride has never been easier!
*Availability depends on the presence of Uber and Lyft services in the requested area at the time of inquiry.

Electronic check-in form and rental agreement must be completed prior to receipt of automated check-in instructions.
HOUSE RULES

1. No smoking allowed in the apartment or on the premises, to include smoking of: cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vapes, marijuana, etc. Ash trays will not be provided.

2. Please try to keep the place clean and tidy. There will be no room service or house keeping throughout your stay.

3. Bathroom amenities (hair dryer, towel, etc.) and a fully stocked kitchen (utensils, plates, cookware) will be available for your use, but please, they are not for guests to take home. Please be courteous and leave them for future guests to enjoy. Thank you :)

4. If something is damaged, please let me know before you check out. It’s not a problem, these things happen :) it`s a lot easier for me to coordinate for a repair or replacement the sooner we know.

5. Check In: 4PM, Check Out: 11AM
These times can be flexible depending on if there is a guest staying before you. We have no issues with early check in if there is no guest the night prior to your stay and the house is already cleaned.
