Please Take Note:

- NO air conditioning - Fans will be provided.
- If you're accompanied by furry family members, a $25/night fee (for stays up to 10 days) or a
$250 flat rate fee (for stays exceeding 10 days) applies per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets.
- Check-in: 4PM | Check-out: 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon
request. (*Subject to availability and cleaning schedule - a $25/hour fee applies.) Kindly
inquire in advance.
- Trash and recycling collection takes place every other Tuesday. To ensure your convenience,
we will notify you through email. In the event of a missed trash or recycling pickup, a $50 fee
will be applied to cover the cost of arranging an extra collection.
- To ensure a smooth departure, please leave key fobs, parking remotes, and mail keys where
found at check-in. A photo will be required at check-out for key verification. Lost key fobs,
parking remotes, or mail keys will be charged at $100 each.
- Booking requires ID verification and adherence to the rental agreement.

Electronic check-in form and rental agreement must be completed prior to receipt of automated check-in instructions.
1. No smoking allowed within the apartment building, to include: cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vapes, marijuana, etc. The sidewalk and/or grass is NOT the proper place to dispose of your cigarette butts. Ash trays will not be provided.

2. Please keep the place clean and tidy throughout your stay. The apartment is new and pest-free and future guests would like it to stay that way. As such, please don't leave food and garbage out for extended periods of time. We all like to stay clean :)

3. Garbage chutes are located in a room on the opposite side of the floor for your convenience.

4. If something is damaged, please let us know before you check out. It’s ok, these things happen and is no big deal! We just need to know ASAP so we can replace the items for upcoming guests.

5. Check In: 4PM, Check Out: 11AM
These times can be flexible depending on if there is a guest staying before you. We have no issues with early check in if there is no guest the night prior to your stay and the house is already cleaned.
