The Space:
The tastefully furnished apartment of 53.15 mÂČ consists of a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a balcony. Thanks to its spacious arrangement it is ideal for up to 4 people. The modern interiors captivate with the care with which functionality has been combined with elegant design. Tastefully selected accessories give the rooms a cosy feel, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The air-conditioned living area provides relaxation and rest on the comfortable, soft sofa. It is also a perfect space for spending moments together with your loved ones. The living room leads out onto the balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee prepared in the available coffee machine. A comfortable stay is ensured by the well-equipped kitchenette, where, in addition to basic appliances such as an oven, induction hob, dishwasher and fridge, there is a coffee maker and microwave. Each of the two cosy bedrooms with a double bed provides a relaxing and peaceful night's sleep. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower with a rain shower, a hairdryer and a washing machine, which makes your stay much more comfortable. Evening entertainment is provided by multimedia, such as a flat-screen Smart TV, as well as free Wi-Fi access. Guests are provided with complimentary toiletries, towels and bed linen for a good start to their stay. An undoubted advantage of the apartment is the parking space provided in the underground garage.

The apartment is located in a renovated and upgraded townhouse at 34A Malczewskiego Street. Its location in the centre with access to all attractions of Szczecin is undoubtedly ideal for those wishing to visit the city, as well as for business travellers. A well-developed shopping and service infrastructure with many surrounding restaurants and cafes contributes to a comfortable stay. In the immediate vicinity, we can find Galaxy shopping and entertainment centre with Multikino cinema and many shops (400 m). Szczecin abounds in tourist attractions such as Chrobry Embankment (1 km), Pomeranian Dukes' Castle (1.3 km), National Museum (1 km) and BogusĆawa Promenade (1.3 km). The area has many attractions for art and culture lovers. The MieczysĆaw KarĆowicz Philharmonic is 800 m away, the Polish Theatre is about 13 minutes' walk away. A break from the city's noise and a relaxing day in nature can be found in the Ć»eromski Park, 200 m away. An unquestionable advantage of the location is the close vicinity of the tram and bus stop (230 m). The distance to the Main Railway Station is 2.1 km.
