VILLA SERANTA - FONTANE BIANCHE
Villa Seranta (200sqm) is located in a spectacular part of Sicily's east coast being right on the edge of the sea overlooking the bay of Fontane Bianche, one of the most popular seaside resorts on the coastline. In front of the villa there are rocks but the sandy beach is only a few hundred meters away. There is plenty to see and do in the area: visit one of the charming nearby baroque towns - such as Syracuse, Modica, Noto, Ragusa-Ibla, and more.

GROUND FLOOR: Entrance to the living room with an open fireplace, dining area with large windows, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, chest freezer, electric oven, gas hob, microwave), laundry room, a study with computer work station and sofa-bed, two double bedrooms with king size beds and en-suite bathrooms with shower; veranda, furnished terraces, outdoor kitchen with barbeque, garden and private swimming pool (5m x 6m, 2.3m deep; Open from 01/01 to 31/12) that can be heated (up to maximum 25 - 26 degrees Celsius), with hydro-massage and solarium.

FIRST FLOOR: Five double bedrooms with king size beds and en-suite bathrooms with shower.

Please note: housekeeper in the villa lives on the ground floor available from 7am to 1pm and from 2pm to 6pm except on Wednesday and Sunday afternoon. If needed, can be requested for the housekeeper to not be in the villa but then please note that she will not be readily available.
