The location is absolutely charming: a historic building (18th century) located in the heart of Ortigia, a few meters from the Duomo, the Arethusa Fountain and several architectural masterpieces that can range from different styles and eras.



Furnished with taste and care for detail (from the elegant wooden ceilings to the refined terracotta floor), the apartment has an elevator.

Its location is super convenient: it is located a few steps from the Arethusa Fountain and Piazza Duomo, as well as from many restaurants, cafes, pizzerias. At about 50m you will find the small beach of Cala Rossa as well as the bus stop. Also, many food shops and other services are available nearby.

For relax and sea lovers, Eastern Sicily and the surroundings of Siracusa are the perfect choice. Leaving the ancient Greek city and going toward the south, the best equipped beaches worth of a visit are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella and Fontane Bianche, whose name is due to the natural sweet spring water and to the unique white sand. Then, In the island of Ortigia there are some equipped solarium (Zefiro and Nettuno), as well as the free beach of Cala Rossa. Going further south, about 30 kms far away from Siracusa, there are amazing and wild beaches: Calamosche, Vendicari with its Wildlife Park and the precious San Lorenzo.
