Bayside Apartments and Studios provides self-catering accommodation in the vibrant St. Julian's area, known for its lively Paceville nightlife, casinos, pubs, and clubs. The apartments feature modern furnishings, balconies with street or in-land views, and outdoor furniture. Located approximately 10 km (16 minutes by car) from the airport, they offer convenience and comfort.
This Studio Penthouse Apartment accommodates 6 people up to 8 people (4 bunk beds) with one bathroom and equipped with a kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, utensils, pots and pans, refrigerator, microwave, oven), TV, and small dining counter, providing ample space for relaxation and meals. There is also a well-sized terrace with BBQ and outdoor facilities, sun loungers, and a private jacuzzi. Guests can enjoy spectacular views of St. Georgeâs Bay and St. Julianâs.
*Air conditioning & Jacuzzi for this unit is paid by meter (starting âŹ20).Â
* The Jacuzzi/Hot Tub for the Penthouse Apartment unit is an extra service. It is by meter payment and therefore comes at an additional cost. Guests are required to register and pay online (starting âŹ10/20) when they need to use it and an email will be received with the 20-digit number to be entered into the meter box. The amount paid is equivalent to the Kilowatt consumption they can use.Â
*Â The heating function operates based on the surrounding temperature and the amount of water needing to be heated. During winter, the water heats between 7-8 hours at a maximum of 40 degrees (every 1 hour = 2 kilowatt usage approx). During the summer, the water heats for less than 5-6 hours at a maximum of 40 degrees or maybe less (every 1 hour = 2 kilowatt usage approx).
*Â The tub is kept empty of water on your arrival and filling in the tub with water will be 2-3 hours if you are going to use it.

1. Please note that the damage deposit of âŹ200 to be collected by the property applies to a maximum of 4 people only. This is adjusted to âŹ50 per person from the 5th person onwards (payment by card).
2. The building has a lift.
3. WI-FI is available for free in all of the buildings (for less than 28 nights stay) and is not applicable for 28-night stay and above.
4. Parking is available on the street.
5. Paid washing machine and dryer available on the lower ground floor.
