This Studio Unit is on the lower ground floor and accommodates up to 6 to 8 guests. No balcony, window or terrace. There is a small outdoor space to add extra ventilation ensuring a comfortable stay.
Located just 5 minutes from attractions like St. Georgeâs Bay and Pacevilleâs nightlife, the property is close to Greens Supermarket and other local amenities. Public transport and taxis provide easy access to nearby beaches and attractions, street parking available for those opting for car rentals.

1. The air conditioning system for cooling and heating in this apartment is coin meter.
2. A refundable Security Deposit of âŹ200 shall be paid upon arrival as a form of protection against damage to the property that may incur. At the same time, the unit is rented and it applies to a maximum of 4 people only, and this is adjusted to âŹ50 per person from the 5th person onwards.
3. WI-FI is available for free in all of the buildings (for less than 28 nights stay) and is not applicable for 28-night stay and above.

(d) Refundable deposit will be the equivalent of the monthly rate and if cancelled before arrival or during the duration of stay, it is NON-REFUNDABLE.
