Ideally located just a 5-minute walk from Paceville, St. Julian’s, and the Spinola Bay promenade, guests are within easy reach of nightlife, cafés, restaurants, shopping, and scenic waterfront walks. Public transport, bus stops, and taxi services are all nearby, making it easy to explore Malta.

The property is approximately 10 km from the airport (around 15–20 minutes by car), making it a convenient base for your stay.

This studio apartment accommodates up to 4 guests with single beds. It features a kitchenette equipped with an electric stove, kettle, mini fridge, and microwave, along with a TV, a small dining area, and a private bathroom. This apartment is on the lower ground floor and has a private courtyard patio.

Additional Information:

Self-service accommodation – A one-time setup of essentials is provided, including bed linens, bath towels, and a starter supply of toilet tissue. Guests are expected to purchase any additional items needed during their stay.

Toiletries – Shampoo, body wash, and soap are not provided. Please bring your own.

Due to the central location near Paceville and the presence of group bookings, the area can be lively, particularly between May and August. For this reason, the property may not be suitable for families with young children or older guests during this period.

Refundable deposit: equivalent to one month’s rent - Non-refundable if cancelled before arrival or during the stay.

All long-stay charges apply for the full duration of the booking, not only after the 28th night.
