Conveniently situated near Downtown St. Louis, Scott Air Force Base, shopping centers, restaurants, parks, and local attractions, you’ll have easy access to everything the area has to offer while still enjoying a peaceful neighborhood atmosphere.



Whether you're visiting for work, family gatherings, sporting events, military travel, or a relaxing getaway, this home was designed to provide a comfortable and memorable stay.



The Space:

This spacious ranch-style property features a fully private guest suite designed for families, groups, business travelers, and extended stays seeking comfort, convenience, and relaxation.



Guests will have exclusive access to the upper-level guest suite, which includes multiple bedrooms, large common spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry access, and private entry. The layout is designed to provide both comfort and privacy throughout your stay.



The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed for preparing meals during your visit. It opens seamlessly into the dining and living areas, creating a comfortable setting for relaxing, entertaining, or spending quality time together.



Guests can enjoy multiple Smart TVs throughout the suite, including large 4K and OLED TVs for streaming movies, sports, and entertainment.



Step outside to enjoy the fenced backyard featuring a saltwater in-ground pool, outdoor seating space, and plenty of room to relax and unwind.



Please note that the lower-level basement area is occupied separately and is not accessible to guests. There are no shared indoor living spaces between guests and occupants, allowing for a private and comfortable stay experience.

* Security Deposit

A refundable $500 security deposit may be required depending on the booking profile. This typically applies to guests with limited or no verified booking history and is collected separately prior to arrival through a secure payment method.

Please note that the security deposit is not included in the reservation total. The deposit is fully refundable provided there are no damages, excessive cleaning, missing items, or violations of house rules.



* Mid-Stay Cleaning for Extended Stays

For reservations exceeding 14 days, a mid-stay cleaning may be required to help maintain the condition of the property throughout the stay.

A $100 mid-stay cleaning fee applies and must be scheduled in advance. Additional cleaning services may also be arranged upon request.



* Pool & Outdoor Area

Guests are expected to use the pool and outdoor areas responsibly and supervise children at all times. Please help us maintain the property by keeping outdoor spaces clean and following all posted pool and safety guidelines.
