Beautiful restored farmhouse with private pool and gardens

Our property in Jopi lies right at the edge of a quiet village and is a lovingly restored farmhouse that was fully renovated in 2015. It consists of an old farmhouse that sits under the shade of a huge Ladonja tree on one side, and a huge modern living area and kitchen on the other.

Outside boasts a custom-built grill area and private pool set amid a beautifully designed, large garden with lawn perfect for children to play in.

Upstairs there is a vast master bedroom with private terrace, large shower room and separate mezzanine TV area as well as an ante-room that can be used as an over-spill sleeping area.

Downstairs there is a double and twin bedroom sharing a large shower room that are set off the large open plan kitchen and living space, as well as indoor and outdoor dining areas that could comfortably accommodate a large dinner party.

The property has Wi-Fi and air-conditioning in the living area and master bedroom. The downstairs bedrooms benefit from the natural, dark cooling nature of the old stone farmhouse but there are also fans available for the really hot nights.

This characterful property is full of charming traditional features including original beams and stone niches. It was fully restored in 2015.

The house

On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen and living area as well as separate dining area with a dining table sitting 10-12. There’s a spacious seating area in front of the large open fireplace with two enormous sofas and other comfortable stools with a great selection of board games.

The dining area is set in the beautiful and cavernous entrance hall with an almost floor to ceiling window looking out to the pool and garden.

Off the kitchen area are the double and twin bedrooms, set apart from the living area with a small corridor so no need to worry about noise waking the early-to-beds.

Off the mezzanine and TV area on the first floor is a small ante-room with pull out bed that leads on to the huge master bedroom. The large shower room has a wonderfully designed, and powerful, walk in shower. The ceiling sports beautifully restored and painted beams.

Tucked under the eaves, the huge master bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and an en-suite shower-room.

Outside

A semi-indoor dining and grill area is set just outside the large sliding doors to the garden. From here you can get a 180 degree view of the garden, pool and surrounding forest and fields.

Across the path is a swimming pool (32 m2) and terrace with wicker seats and umbrella. The grass between the old, recovered olive trees has room for six sun loungers.

Just outside the front door, to the left, is the laundry room with washing machine, clothes racks, and a large fridge/freezer (there is no freezer inside the house).

There is private, off-road parking at the end of the garden for two cars.
