In the living room, in addition to the space for resting and watching movies, there is also a table for table football, where both children and adults can give it a shot. In the middle of the room there is an open fireplace, which creates a pleasant atmosphere on cold days. All rooms are air conditioned, and French doors provide plenty of fresh air and natural light.



There are 4 bedrooms in the villa, 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. 3 rooms have double beds and 1 room has 2 single beds that make a double bed. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms and the upstairs rooms have access to their own balconies with lounge areas where you can enjoy reading a book or drinking coffee. All rooms are decorated with elegant furniture in light tones, with some elements in a rustic style.



The villa is surrounded by a 916 m² garden, which offers a panoramic view of the surrounding greenery.
