Constructed in rustic splendor in 2009, Villa Ruta underwent a comprehensive renovation in 2022. Boasting 204 m2 of refined living space, the property spans a total area of 1154 m2. Villa Ruta welcomes a maximum of 8 guests, accommodated in 4 bedrooms.

On the ground floor there is one spacious bedroom with a king size bed 180x200 cm. The bathroom with shower/curtain is next to the room.

There are 3 spacious bedrooms on the first floor. Two bedrooms have a king size bed 180x200 cm, while the third bedroom has a king size bed 180x200, which can be separated into 2 single beds 90x200 cm if needed. All rooms on the first floor have their own bathroom with bathtub.

The living room invites relaxation with two sofas, a coffee table, TV, and chairs. A spacious dining room hosts a table for 8, complemented by a modern kitchen equipped for the preparation of delectable meals.

Step onto the outdoor terrace to encounter a 32 m2 swimming pool with a 1.5-meter depth. Eight deckchairs line the poolside for sun-soaked relaxation. The terrace also features an outdoor charcoal or wood grill and a covered dining table.

For families with children, amenities such as a feeder and a baby cot are available.

The villa is securely fenced and provides 3 private parking spaces. A spacious yard in front of the villa offers a delightful play area for children.
