Villa Aria Dalmatica is located in the picturesque village of Sikovo, near Biograd na Moru. This newly built, charming stone villa with three spacious bedrooms is ideal for six guests, with the possibility of accommodating up to seven people.

Fully air-conditioned, Villa Aria Dalmatica offers a modern kitchen, perfect for preparing your favorite meals. The kitchen includes a dining area with a table for eight people, while the spacious living room, equipped with a sofa bed, smart TV, Netflix, and satellite channels, provides a comfortable place to relax.

The three elegant bedrooms are furnished with comfortable 180x200 cm beds, each with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests.

Stepping out onto the terrace reveals the impressive 44 m2 hydro-massage pool, surrounded by sun loungers and an outdoor shower. In off-season periods, from March 29 to June 1 and from September 1 to November 1, the pool temperature can be up to 5°C higher than the outside temperature, depending on weather conditions. From November 1 to April 1, pool heating is charged at 150 Euro per booking. Additionally, there is a sauna and a jacuzzi that can be heated up to 32°C, offering an extra touch of luxury. The outdoor grill and dining area are ideal for enjoying gourmet meals in the fresh air.

The villa provides private parking with two spaces, and an electric vehicle charging station is included in the price.

Children will be delighted with the playhouse and slide, and a 150 m2 playground is available for football, basketball, badminton, volleyball, or tennis.

Villa Aria Dalmatica is equipped with high-quality fiber optic internet, providing speeds of up to 100 Mbps, with the potential to increase up to an incredible 1 Gbps.

Our guests will be welcomed upon arrival with a complimentary welcome package that includes two bottles of wine, a pack of four beers, two juices, mineral water, Coca-Cola, freshly baked homemade bread, prosciutto, cheese, pastries, and seasonal fruits and vegetables from our organically grown garden (potatoes, lettuce, cabbage, peppers, cucumbers, eggplants, zucchini, tomatoes, beans, and more), which is located on the property and available to guests in unlimited quantities. Additionally, one liter of homemade olive oil, sunflower oil, balsamic vinegar, coffee, Dolce Gusto capsules, sugar, as well as all necessary products for laundry and dishwashing, and toilet paper are provided.

We offer our guests a full concierge service, as well as the option to order lunch or dinner by prior arrangement with the host. The host has a traditional tavern within his house where you can enjoy authentic local specialties such as homemade prosciutto, cheese, fresh eggs, dishes prepared under the bell, grilled meats, fresh fish, or shrimp risotto, as well as spit-roasted meats. All of this can be organized and served in the tavern, in agreement with the host, allowing you to fully experience the authentic ambiance of Dalmatian cuisine and traditions.

The price for the fish menu is 50 euros per person, while the meat menu is 40 euros per person, including appetizers and drinks.
