With 120 m2 of interior space and 300 m2 of outdoor area, Villa Kameni dvori is designed for an intimate and relaxing holiday. The optimal number of guests is four, while the maximum capacity is six.

The interior combines the warmth of stone and wood with elegant modern furnishings. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a comfortable living room with a fireplace, and a separate toilet. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) and a private en-suite bathroom, while the living room offers an additional sofa bed for two people. From the first floor, you can access a spacious balcony equipped with a covered sunbed, a coffee table, and comfortable seating – an ideal place for relaxing summer afternoons and romantic sunsets.

In the enclosed courtyard, there is a beautiful 18 m2 swimming pool (6 x 3 m, 1.5 m deep) with heating, cooling, and counter-current swimming options. Around the pool, four sun loungers, an outdoor dining table, and a charcoal grill create the perfect Mediterranean atmosphere. High stone walls guarantee privacy and seclusion, while two private parking spaces are available for guests.

Villa Kameni dvori is equipped with everything you need for a carefree holiday: air conditioning, underfloor heating, a fireplace, cable TV, PlayStation 4, a washing machine and dryer, a dishwasher, a hairdryer, and free Wi-Fi. Families with small children will also find a baby cot and a high chair at their disposal.

Sveti Filip i Jakov enchants visitors with its authentic Dalmatian charm – narrow stone streets, long pebble beaches, and a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere. During the pre-season, until June 1st, and after September 30th, the pool temperature can reach up to 24 °C, depending on weather conditions.

Bookings are not accepted from persons under 25 years of age, unless specifically approved by the agency. We reserve the right to refuse any booking that does not meet this requirement. House rules strictly prohibit parties, events, and smoking inside the property. The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity stated for this villa.

If your behavior causes danger, damage to the property, or persistently disturbs the enjoyment of others, we reserve the right to terminate your stay.

Pets are welcome upon prior request and with an additional fee.

Security deposit: 300 euro. For groups under the age of 25, prior approval from the agency is required. In such cases, the security deposit is 600 euro.
