Villa Wave & San located in the picturesque town of Sveti Filip i Jakov, only 25 kilometers from the historic city of Zadar represents the perfect blend of modern luxury, complete privacy, and the warmth of the Dalmatian lifestyle. With a total of 550 m2 of living space and 900 m2 of garden area, the villa can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests, while the maximum capacity is 20 persons – making it an ideal choice for large families or groups of friends who wish to share their holiday together while still enjoying their own privacy.

The fully enclosed yard hides the elegant villas from view and provides a peaceful oasis for relaxation. At the center of the property are two heated swimming pools (36 m2 and 32 m2), surrounded by sun loungers, a sun terrace, and a lounge area, while a private sauna completes the wellness experience.

The interior of Villa Wave extends over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, a modern kitchen with a dining area, and two comfortable bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. On the upper floor, there are two more luxurious bedrooms with king-size beds (180 x 200 cm) and private bathrooms, and from the balcony, guests can enjoy a beautiful sea view. An additional bed in the playroom provides sleeping space for two more guests.

Villa San is equally impressive – with 250 m2 of living space and a 400 m2 garden, it offers three elegant bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and one spacious family room designed for children, featuring one double and three single beds. Each room exudes modern design, carefully selected details, and homely warmth.

In total, Villa Wave & San offers eight bedrooms and eight bathrooms, ensuring complete comfort and privacy for all guests.

The outdoor area is designed for pure enjoyment. The two heated pools, surrounded by umbrellas and loungers, invite you to relax and socialize, while the terraces with outdoor barbecues and dining areas are perfect for dinners under the stars.

For the youngest guests, there is a playground with a trampoline, swings, and a slide, while adults can enjoy billiards, table tennis, table football, darts, and a game console. Those wishing to stay active can work out in the private gym, while relaxation lovers can enjoy the wellness area with a sauna or unwind by the fireplace.

The entire complex is fully air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a washing machine, dryer, iron, hairdryer, bed linen, baby cot, and high chair. Guests have access to private parking, and pets are welcome with prior notice.

Groups under the age of 25 are not allowed.
Pool temperature in the pre-season (until June 1st) and post-season (after September 30th) may reach up to 24 °C, depending on weather conditions.

Bookings are not accepted from persons under 25 years of age, unless specifically approved by the agency. We reserve the right to refuse any booking that does not meet this requirement. House rules strictly prohibit parties, events, and smoking inside the property. The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity stated for this villa.

If your behavior causes danger, damage to the property, or persistently disturbs the enjoyment of others, we reserve the right to terminate your stay.

Pets are welcome upon prior request and with an additional fee. Small pets up to 5 kg: 20 euros per pet per day. Large pets over 5 kg: 40 euros per pet per day. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed.

Security deposit: 800 euro. For groups under the age of 25, prior approval from the agency is required. In such cases, the security deposit is 1600 euro.
