The lower floor features three elegant bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom with a shower and direct access to the garden. Two of the bedrooms offer stunning sea views. Two rooms are furnished with double beds (160x200 cm), while the third bedroom has two single beds (90x200 cm) that can be joined into one, ensuring comfort and privacy for every guest.

Upstairs, you'll find a spacious living room with a pull-out sofa 160x200 cm , perfect for relaxing, socializing, and providing an extra bed for two additional guests. There's also a separate toilet for added convenience. Every room in the villa is air-conditioned, ensuring a pleasant stay throughout the year. Stepping out onto the terrace, you’ll be greeted by an impressive swimming pool measuring 8x4 meters and 160 cm deep, ideal for refreshment and relaxation. Surrounding the pool are nine comfortable sun loungers, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the breathtaking sea views and surrounding landscape.
