Welcome to Pelican Waters in Sussex Inlet, the perfect holiday destination for your group of up to 11 guests! This spacious holiday home boasts five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Things to note about the property:
- King Sheets are supplied at this property but, towels and all other sheets are not (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
- Aircon and Wifi is available
- No Garage Access
- No smoking inside the house
- No Pets allowed
- No Slipway Access

Inside
Spread across three levels, Pelican Waters provides ample space for everyone to relax and unwind. Let me walk you through the different levels and what they have to offer:

Level One: As you enter the property, you'll find one of the living areas, which serves as a cozy gathering space for family and friends. Additionally, on this level, there is a laundry room for your convenience and one of the bedrooms with an ensuite.

Level Two: The heart of the home is located on the second level. Here, you'll find another spacious living area where you can relax, watch movies, or engage in lively conversations. Adjacent to the living area is a large kitchen, equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The dining table is conveniently placed in the kitchen area, allowing everyone to enjoy meals together while taking in the beautiful surroundings.

Level Three: On the topmost level, you'll discover the remaining four bedrooms, offering plenty of sleeping arrangements for your group. One of the bedrooms features an ensuite bathroom, providing added privacy and convenience. Additionally, there is another bathroom on this level for shared use among the guests.

Outside
The property truly shines with its stunning canal-side location. Pelican Waters features its own private jetty, perfect for fishing enthusiasts or those who simply wish to enjoy the tranquil waterside atmosphere. The large backyard provides ample space for outdoor activities, and a swing adds an extra touch of fun.

For your comfort, three of the five bedrooms have linen provided, as king sheets are supplied.

Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
