Relax on the balconies, enjoy the private pool, walk to the beach, or drive to the many shopping plazas, restaurants other attractions that Surfside Beach has to offer. Surfside is accurately called The Family Beach and you and y our family will love the relaxed summer vibes that this community has. This home is also minutes from Myrtle Beach so you can enjoy all of the attractions your familiar with, without the hustle and bustle of the condominium crowds by your door.

Dune Our Thing is a 6 bedroom/ 4 bathroom home. This home is a peaceful retreat with a private pool, and a 1 minute walk to the beach! The home has plenty of space to spread out with over 2300 square feet and sleeps 14. Spend your days relaxing in the hammock taking in ocean breezes, strolling on the beach, swimming in your very own pool, or reading a book on the sandy beaches of the Atlantic Ocean.

There is an outdoor pool table located in the breezeway between the driveway and the pool. Convert it to a regular table for perfect outdoor dining and switch it back for an evening game of pool with family and friends!

Come enjoy attractions such as Huntington State Park, Brookgreen Gardens, countless mini-golf courses, the Marshwalk in Murrells Inlet, and the plethora of shopping plazas dotted up and down the Grand Strand!

This property is completely non-smoking and non-vaping, including under the home, the porch, and the balconies.
This property is NOT pet friendly.
This home features security cameras under the house and a ring doorbell.
We rent to families and adults over the age of 25 only.
Pool can be heated for an additional fee.
Pool can not be heated from November through beginning of March.

Although homes are often equipped with some non-perishable food items, such as sugar, coffee, and spices, we cannot guarantee they will be there. Guests are supplied with a starter set of paper products. Each rental will have 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom and 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen. Please come prepared with your own soaps or other needed toiletries such as dish detergent or laundry detergent. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).
