SEASIDE SUNRISE is just steps from the ocean...located in Award winning Ocean Lakes Family Campground! This wonderful home has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and sleeps 12 people!! You will love this location! You can access the home from 2 different sides of the home, making parking easy.
The main level features a fully equipped kitchen, full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, dining area for 8, along with seating for 4 available at the bar for total dining seating for 12. The family room has a sleeper sofa and a smart, flat screen television, King Master bedroom, smart flat screen tv and a brand new large private deck right off the master bedroom with dining seating for 4 plus 2 plywood high chairs for gorgeous ocean views!!! Full bath off master on main as well.
Upper level features 3 large bedrooms, with 1 King in the 2nd bedroom, 2 queen in the 3rd bedroom, and 1 queen in the 4th bedroom....flat screen smart tv's, and a roll away bed.
2 full baths with tub/shower combos.
Brand new trek decking with a gorgeous ocean view off the master bedroom!! Nice and private!

Great location! Steps to the ocean. It was very cozy and well equipped. Would definitely stay there again. Cindy was fantastic and helped up right away, even though we barely needed anything and we stayed 4 weeks.

This was by far our favorite vacation spot at ocean lakes !! The location is perfect and the views on both decks are amazing !! The inside of the home was just as beautiful!! We were all very comfortable and being pet friendly made our vacation perfect !

Multiple Family Friendly

This home was perfect for our two families with our three teens for vacation. It had the perfect amount of living room seating, dining and sleeping for our group of 7. The ocean views from both the front and back decks were great. No need to take a golf cart to the beach, as it’s just steps away. The manager, Cindy, was amazing with communication before and during our stay. She was very prompt, friendly, and responsive to any questions that arose. We had perfect weather for our spring break and spent most of our time at the beach and cooking our meals in the well stocked kitchen. We went for many golf cart rides, stopped for ice cream in the park, and watched many beautiful sunrises over the Atlantic. We ventured out a few times to souvenir shop, visited a local flea market and antique store, and some other shops. We had a nice dinner out at Druken Jack’s in the Marsh. We would all definitely book this hike again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We had a great time staying at this house so close to the beach. It is pet friendly so there was dog hair on the floor but being a dog mom myself it wasn’t a huge issue for me.

Christmas Family Trip

We had a wonderful family trip in OLC. The house was good. I was happy to have a large bedroom on the main level so I didn't have more stairs to climb other than the outside to entry. The kitchen was small but we managed to get meals fixed and then enjoyed the large table for all of us to eat. Communication with the host and property manager were excellent.

We love the location of this home and the immediate responses we received when messaging property manager/host. Being able to sit on the deck and see the ocean was Amazing!! The cleanliness of the home could have been better. It was obvious that the floors had not been mopped. We had a baby with us and had to mop before putting her in the floor. Overall, we really enjoyed our vacation.

Perfect place right off the beach

Property is super close to the beach. House is a little dated but has plenty of space. Both front and back decks are roomy enough for hanging out depending on what time of day/where the sun is. In a pretty quiet section but close to activities. Manager is super quick to respond and has all the information you need!

Mere steps to the beach.

As advertised, house is mere steps from the beach. If you have set up on the beach and need to get another beverage or go to the restroom it’s just a few steps away. House is nicely appointed and has plenty of sleeping accommodations. The campgrounds that the property is located on has almost everything you would need to not have to go into town. Plenty of activities for kids and adults alike. The only reason I gave a rating of 4 for the location, is that the houses and camp sites are very closely spaced within the campground and can lead to a slight feeling of being congested. It was only a minor nuisance for us and should not deter anyone from staying there unless they are very sensitive to close neighbors. I don’t want that rating to reflect poorly on the property or the owners as they are both excellent, however I always feel compelled to disclose all aspects of our stays so future travelers can make informed choices.

Cute House in a Great Location

Spent 3 nights in this clean, spacious house in between Christmas and New Years. It was perfect for the 4 of us. The location was amazing
there was an ocean view and just a few houses back from the beach/ocean. Would highly recommend staying here!!

Amazing location & house

We rented for a week trip with our 3 adult kids and spouses. The house was so clean and close to the beach. Beds are so comfortable and if you get the linen package you will be pleased. Quiet end of the property with everything you need. Kitchen fully stocked with newer appliances. We will love to return

The perfect beach house

My family and I have been vacationing in Ocean Lakes for over 30 years. This is one of the best beach houses I have stayed in. It’s well kept, clean and man, what a view from the master bedroom deck. The location is great. I love being on the back end of the campground, as it’s a bit quieter. All in all, this was a vacation to remember.
