Step into our whimsical and cozy condo, located just a mile from the pristine shores of Myrtle Beach. This charming two-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat is the ideal home base for your coastal adventures. Living and Kitchen:

Relax in our spacious living room, complete with a 65" TV for your entertainment. The open-plan layout flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen, where you can whip up a gourmet meal or a quick snack before heading out to explore. All dishes, cookware, glassware, and utensils are provided. It has a convection oven as well as a classic drip coffee maker.



All TVs in the living room and both bedrooms have cable channels as well as are equipped with Roku, so guests can access their favorite entertainment apps.



There is even a washer and dryer so guests can pack less and keep their favorite outfits looking fresh.



Bedrooms:

The master bedroom upstairs features a plush queen bed, perfect for unwinding after a day of fun in the sun. It has a 36" TV, ensuite bathroom as well as a walk-in closet. Downstairs, the bedroom has 2 full beds, a 32" TV, ample closet space, and the bathrooms is adjacent to the bedroom. With these sleeping options, our home is perfect for families or groups of friends. Both bedrooms have TVs with cable TV and also access to your Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and more.



Outdoor Space:

Sip your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the outdoor patio, where you can enjoy the fresh ocean breeze and plan your day's adventures. There is both a screened in area and then that opens up into an open air deck overlooking the small canal.



Bathrooms:

There is one bathroom downstairs and one upstairs in the master bedroom. Both have tub and shower combos, vanity with magnifying mirrors, and a hair dryer.

Carolina Palm Policies:

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

*Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $39 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $700 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.

CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID.  Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.



Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $39 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $700 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.



House Rules:

1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times. Proof of age required.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.

4. Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

5. No Pets Allowed. This includes emotional support animals regardless of documentation as HOA does not allow. Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.

6.No motorcycles, golfcarts, trailers permitted.
