Villa Tindaro is a modern and graceful two-story villa with the fascination of the typical courtyard houses of Salento area. It sleeps 12 people. From Villa Tindaro you will have a pleasant view of the greenery and of the other buildings. Villa Tindaro is 350 square meters (3770 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private jacuzzi pool, a private terrace, private patios, a private garden, underfloor cooling (effect similar to air conditioning), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 150 meters (490 feet) from Surano, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 200 meters (660 feet), a grocery store at 300 meters (990 feet), the bus stop at 700 meters (770 yards) and the closest beach (Cala dell'Acquaviva) at 9.8 km (roughly 6.1 miles). You will reach Villa Tindaro from the street level going up approximately two stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Tindaro you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge or for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

As guests of Villa Tindaro you will be able to take part (upon request and for a fee) in many activities, such as coastal treks, kayaking and canoeing excursions, long walks along nature trails, archaeological tours, wine tours, Apulian cooking courses, Tai Chi classes.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. This area is also equipped with a small sofa, and it is partly shaded by tall trees. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of November.
Patio 1
The first patio is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will have a lovely view of the garden and of the swimming pool.
Garden
The garden is 350 square meters (3770 square feet). It is partly shaded by tall trees and by perfumed citrus trees. From the garden you will have a lovely view of the swimming pool.
Wellness room
You will be able to enter the wellness room from the swimming pool area through an external access. In the wellness room you will find a Turkish bath.

The first living room is paved with characteristic cocciopesto tiles. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are modern and welcoming, and include a sofa and two armchairs. There is an age-old fireplace, for decorative purposes only. From the living room you will be able to enter the inner court through a French door. The room also has a large window. It is equipped with underfloor cooling.
Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the living room. The furnishings are modern and welcoming, and include suspended chandeliers. The dining table can accommodate 12 guests. There is an age-old fireplace, for decorative purposes only. From the dining room you will be able to enter the inner court through a French door. The room also has a small high window, and is equipped with underfloor cooling.
Kitchen 1
You will be able to enter the first kitchen from the dining room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table is in the kitchen island, and can accommodate two guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden. The room also has a window, and is equipped with underfloor cooling.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. The room has a window, and it's equipped with underfloor cooling.

You will be able to enter the second kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is a small fireplace, for decorative purposes only. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the third patio and the garden.
