Bedroom #3 is located on the 2nd level, offering a Queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, ocean views, and shares a full Jack-n-Jill bathroom with Bedroom #4 (tub/shower combo). Bedroom #4 is located on the 2nd level, offering a Twin/Full bunkbed, and a Twin bed, TV, and shares a full Jack-n-Jill bathroom with Bedroom #3 (tub/shower combo). You will appreciate the second living area located on the 2nd level, including a mini-kitchen and balcony access.

The swimming pool at this home is open year-round. Pool heater may be available upon advance request only, with pool heating fee of $350 plus tax, paid in advance. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals.

Note: This property has unobstructed ocean views with a low-volume, one-way, non-paved road between the property and the ocean. Access to the beach is via a beach access crossover located approximately 120 feet from the property.
