Newly renovated and completely re-furnished, this second-row condo is located right across the street from the Atlantic Ocean! Enjoy unobstructed ocean views, including private direct access from the condo to the beach by way of HOA-owned property. Start your mornings relaxing with coffee and ocean views from the covered balcony porch! After blissful beach days, listen to the waves crash or watch a movie on the TV in the comfortable living area. A TV in each well-furnished bedroom offers added entertainment, while blackout curtains provide an extra layer of comfort. The primary suite has a king bed which includes a tower fan, with an en suite bathroom, as well as access to the covered back porch. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a nearby bathroom in the hallway. There is also a queen sofa bed in the living area. Throughout the condo, all new floors and paint provide a fresh feel. In the well-equipped kitchen, find a full suite of appliances, including a conventional oven/air fryer and an extra-quiet dishwasher, and a new coffee bar. This is the perfect spot for a relaxing and peaceful beach getaway and soaking in amazing views from sunrise to sunset. Perfect size four our needs (4 adults). While not right on the beach we had a great view of the ocean from the covered patio, living room and master bedroom. We also appreciated the exclusive beach access path that made it an easy walk.

The Location of the Captains Villa Units are so convenient to the beach just a short walk across the street and a nice view of the ocean and the dunes. We had a little island visitor, a small lone deer that grazed in the dunes and across the street at the private access lot all weekend and the Lantana that was blooming right below the deck attracted tons and ton of butterflies and birds. The unit itself was beautifully decorated! Nice Job Owners you did a beautiful job and used your space well. You put a lot of thought into the decor and it shows! The kitchen had just about anything we needed for our long weekend. The vacasa starter set with detergents, tp and paper towels was so helpful and they lefts us plenty of towels. This unit was super cute. The bedrooms are roomy and beautifull decorated as well - I know the thing now is memory foam mattresses and it seems like everyone has them because of the cost and convenience, but we are not fans at all - they are hot and become uncomfortable especially for older folks - this would be the only downside for me but that is personal preferance I know, so for us the beds weren't comfortabel because of this. I do wish the unit was pet friendly as we would have loved to bring our little guy, but again understand why the owners chose not to allow. We didn't use the pool or tennis courts or open the storage closet so I can't comment on any of those. Overall we really enjoyed our stay it was a beautiful space and the weather for us

The unit was very clean and well stocked with everything you might need to include pots and pans, soap and shampoo, and extra blankets. Washer and dryer were handy. Plenty of parking. Short walk to beach access. Upon arrival the code for the lock did not work. After a text and a quick five minute wait we were given instructions to locate the key and we used that for the duration of our stay. There were a lot of random people parking and using the lot, including beach visitors who were not guests. Also, we were woken by lawn mowers and weed eaters Friday morning. The pool was very underwhelming. The furniture was worn and rusty. Inflatable pool toys were left lying about. The cleaning rod and net was Matt lying in the deck. The water had a lot of grass and sand in it. We only used the pool once on Friday evening and we were the only ones there. Make sure to bring your own coffee/pods. Overall a very nice stay. We would stay again.

Stay was great

We made a last minute decsion to join our Son's family at Holden Beach. For a short stay there was not a lot of options. We found this listing and it was just what we were looking for. Was clean, air conditioning worked well and the porch was awesome. Loved sitting out there in the morning taking in the ocean and the breezes. Would stay here again.

We could not access Netflix, Apple or Amazon during our entire stay. We called Vacasa but no help. Plugs in both bathrooms did not work. There were 10 teenagers in the adjacent building and had a loud party last night. It was clean. Bedding was comfortable .

Wonderful Stay

This was a beautiful property. You could hear and see the ocean from the balcony and hear the waves with the windows open. Everything provided that you could possibly need and plenty of beach chairs, etc. Beautifully decorated and super comfy beds and pillows. Hope to stay at this property again in the future.

Would stay here again!

We were very happy with our accommodations and would stay here again. The condo was clean with comfortable beds and furniture. Linens and towels for the bathrooms were provided but you will need to bring you own paper products. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals. Only thing I missed was a tea kettle, but we managed. I would have also liked a grill to cook on. I think it was listed that there was one to share somewhere on the premises but I didn't feel like hunting it down and it would have been inconvenient to cook our steaks so far from the condo. The siding glass door was difficult to open but you could also access the balcony from the master bedroom. Beach access was right there and we had a beautiful view of the ocean. We didn't spend any time at the pool so I can't speak to that. The parking was a bit misleading. There is no way to park under the condo but there was plenty of parking beside it. Overall this was a great experience and I would recommend staying here.

Clean, nicely decorated home with great views and beach access. My son absolutely loved the pool. Home was well equipped in the kitchen. Beautiful hardwood floors. Only negatives were lacking of window treatments (bright early mornings) and loud pop every time the a/c came on. Very squeaky doors, slow draining in sink ,sliding glass door was hard to use, minor maintenance issues that could easily be fixed. Owners had us sign a contract to use pool, but did not send in the mail or email. Had to go to Vacasa office early Sunday morning to sign and receive pool key because we arrived 1 hour later than expected and office was closed. This should’ve been dealt with before my arrival. Disappointing
